The doctor and her assistants are all A++ and I always get quality advice when needed even over the phone. Extremely easy to schedule/reschedule an appointment via call or text. My son got a little scared getting x rays done for the first time but he managed in the end, partly because the whole office was supportive and rooting for him. I was so grateful. The office is spotless, convenient to get to with easy parking and elevator access and 100% directed towards the comfort of children and parents alike. EVERY Staff member is unusually kind.....and smart! They make every effort to make you comfortable. Dr Lopez is all of those things, too. I brought a young woman there who was terrified of dentists because of a truly traumatic experience as a small child. I finally got her in the office, and their professionalism, gentle manner , special medication and equipment made it possible for her to get help she has needed for at least 10 years. I have not been traumatized by dental work in the past, but never enjoyed it lol. I have no reservation going to Dr Lopez at True Smiles, though.
