Came in on a Monday at noon and saw no lines. Tried the Turkey, Bacon and Avocado sandwich and not bad for quick airport sandwich. Tap to pay credit card payment and quick courteous service. They have a special lane for airport workers, so take notice of the signs :-)

Before getting on my flight back to Las Vegas, I was looking at food options in the Southwest Terminal at Midway Chicago prior to my boarding at 5:35 P.M. There were a lot of restaurant options, however, I opted to choose a quick service location with no wait time, Einstein Bros. Bagels! It's been about a year since I've had Einstein Bros. Bagels. This location did offer some of their signature egg sandwiches like the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. You could also get a Bacon & Cheddar Egg sandwich, and other options such as the Pizza Bagel. I ended up selecting their 6-cheese bagel with a cream cheese spread. The team member at the register placed my order and started to prepare the meal. The bagel was toasted, and the cream cheese was spread on the top and bottom of the bagel. It was a perfect meal before getting on my flight to Vegas. There was plenty of cream cheese on the bagel! It wasn't over toasted either! If I fly through Midway Chicago again, I think next time, I'll try the Turkey, Bacon & Avocado Sandwich!

Good in pinch if you really need food or coffee but I would spend some time looking up other places first. I didn't love my coffee and the sandwich didn't even have cream cheese which I would expect on a bagel sandwich. Pretty quick moving at least.

Einstein Bagels! How many times have you stopped here to grab a snack, lunch or afternoon pick-me-up?! Countless? No matter what city you are in, you can count on Einsteins! I was recently at an airport and needed a coffee & sandwich. Einstein did the trick. Sometimes, I avoid chain restaurants and other times I like to know what I'm getting so like the chain restaurants! This chain is consistent on delivering quality food & service! Thank you! Enjoy!

At 5:30 AM not a lot of options and wanted to grab some coffee and a bagel for my flight. The line was long and moved incredibly slow. There was only one cashier and it took a good 30 minutes to get my bagel and cold brew. I got a plain bagel, and as soon as I opened the bag, all I could smell was cinnamon. It seemed the bagel may have touched the cinnamon bagels. I am not a fan of cinnamon and did not care for it with the veggie shmear.

I normally really like Einstein Bros. But this one was horrible. They were out of a bunch of stuff and my sandwich was cold and just lacked everything I'm used to them being. The bagels were not good. Coffee was way to sweet. I won't go to this one again.

Ordered 2 farmhouse breakfast sandwiches. Good sandwich with bacon, ham, cheese, and egg. Service: It's an airport, didn't expect much. Wasn't disappointed. Cleanliness: below average

Dry over cooked bagels. Get here early, it gets packed. We arrived before 9am ish and it was ok. I got the egg sandwich and not sure if they don't ask you what bagel you want it on, but I forgot to ask and it just came on a plain bagel, which was extremely dry... kinda felt like it was old and stale from the day before. Nothing else was open at this time for something fast.

    $2.82 for a medium coffee (4/6/21)

The sandwich not overly breaded and just enough sauce and cheese. The hot peppers were good on it but I should have got the sweet peppers too. My friend said her fries were fresh but just a little undercooked. The soup was different from the standard pasta fagioli that I have had which seemed to be a cream based maybe cheese in it and beans no beef. But it was still good. I added a pinch of salt The pizza looked delicious as did the ice cream. I would have loved to try a beef as I haven't been here since I was a kid. Half of a large sandwich and I was stuffed. Great vibe and definitely a sox fans haven. The servers were kind and again even with a line out the door the they moved quickly.

When they closed, I never really realized I missed them. Flash forward 38 years later. Went to Rush Hospital to visit an uncle. Leaving at about lunch time, I opened my Yelp app to see what was nearby. The top spouses ad (2.7 miles away) was Ricobene's. I really wasn't aware they were even around anymore. So, for nostalgic purposes, I decided to go there. Had my mother and aunt in tow, and we were all very pleased. The breaded steak, while still maybe not the greatest thing since sliced bread, was a nice blast from the past that I really enjoyed. Would I go there again? Surely. If I were 2.7 miles away (though uncle's been released and is back home doing fine). Do wanna try their Chicken Vesuvio again one day. But 22 miles each way just for that, not. Quick friendly service, and way cleaner than most hot dog joints and beef stands out my way. Few things make me miss Chicago, but this is one of them.
