great neighborhood bar that is almost a hundred years old and hasn't changed much since the 70s (60s? 50s?). a slice of our bojon steel worker culture, and past. PBR on tap, good prices, local nice people behind and in front of the bar. they always have special celebrations for holidays. check it ou! read more

Eilers Place is a good alternative to night life downtown when you get tired of it :) The customers and the bartenders are very friendly! The prices are very reasonable, and the selection is good. Cheers! read more

Whee! Another great Pueblo hometown bar. Very clean, nice bartenders and patrons, and cheap drinks. Closes up earlier than most, but also is open waaaaay early in the morning. Have to get "baptized" with a shot of Slivo...which I hear goes down much smoother on subsequent attempts, but I'm not buying... read more

She was very pleasant. the drink tickets for the CLINK were a nice surprise. There should be more historical information in the hotel. I remember when people used to stay there, before it was a hotel!

This is great for a date because it doesn't allow more than roundabout 50+ people, so it won't get too loud. If you WANT something loud you can go right downstairs to the bars/restaurants there (which we did). The bartender was great, made good drinks (I got an old fashioned) and we all had a great conversation. Plus she let us try the mulled wine she was testing out (gonna use the recipe for my Christmas party ). I'm not a huge fan of Pueblo but this place is a must visit. 5 stars I'll take photos when I visit again :)

They barely spoke, just made vague hand gestures while avoiding eye contact completely. When they did say something, it was mumbled so quietly you couldn't even understand them. Right from the entrance, the whole atmosphere felt off, but since it was my birthday and I'm newly single, my girlfriends and I decided to give it a chance and try to have a good night anyway. Inside, the place felt dead for a Saturday night. We went to the dance floor, and the only person dancing was an elderly woman who looked close to 80. The energy was nonexistent. The one bright spot of the night was the female bartender near the dance floor -- she was genuinely friendly and gave us the only positive interaction we had there. After that, we walked to the other side of the bar hoping maybe the vibe would improve, but it only got worse. There were barely any people there, almost all men, and the atmosphere became even more uncomfortable. The music was terrible, the crowd felt awkward, and the whole place had this strange, unfriendly energy that made us want to leave as quickly as possible. We finished our drinks and got out of there. Walking past those same creepy bouncers on the way out honestly felt like a relief. It's sad to see a place I used to love turn into somewhere that now feels so unwelcoming and uneasy.
