A little pricey, we usually like coming here but the younger girl they have working here now is not friendly and always has a bad attitude. She picks and chooses who she's giving extra donut holes to, but I thought glazed donut holes were complimentary if you make a large purchase? She also was eating the whole time I was ordering with the same gloves she was grabbing my donuts with. I think we will be finding a new Saturday donut shop. The lady was super super kind, I accidentally knocked over her door dash sticker stand and she was so kind and patient to help me clean it up even though there were people behind me. The inside has several tables and even a small kiddie table. There is a large variety of drinks water, fresh and bottled coffee, all kinds of juice(bottled, capri suns, juice boxes, the character juices every kid loves, canned and bottled pop) and there were sprinkle donuts with little character rings. read more

[] In Length [] After finishing some errands nearby, I felt like getting a donut (because I got up at 8:00 AM. on a Saturday and damn it, I deserve it). But once I walked in, I was drawn to the savory items. So I bought a breakfast burrito (because... breakfast is the most important something) and a hot dog & cheese roll (because... processed meat is the most important something). I wanted the small, but she grabbed the large, and charged me for the large. I could have argued but whatevs... The burrito was small (McDonald's breakfast burrito-ish) but a fair amount of meat, cheese and egg was in there. It was $0.95. The hot dog thingie was a little under $2.00. The total was $3.60(ish), which doesn't add up when taking tax into account. Then she handed me a glazed donut. The best I can guess is she thought I asked for a glazed donut, which is why my total came to $3.60(ish), but that would make that glazed donut unbelievably cheap. Or she was concerned that my glycemic index was awfully low for the day and was looking out for me. This either makes her the sweetest person I've met today, or the most evil. The donut was small, light, fresh, and brought me one step closer to Type 2 diabetes. P. S. Oh. I forgot. They have a drive-thru. Because your butt shouldn't have to work for that donut. read more

Overpriced and stale. We purchased 4 donuts and 2 sausage rolls. The total was over $8. The donuts were stale. I asked for 2 sausage rolls from the front display case. The lady took 2 donuts from a lighted display carousel on the back counter that were wrapped in plastic wrap and placed them in the microwave. I repeated that I wanted 2 sausage rolls from the front display case. This time the lady went to the back room and brought out 2 sausage rolls in plastic sandwich bags. After alot of arguing, the lady finally sold me 2 sausage rolls from the front display case. The sausage rolls were HARD and I found a large piece of gristle in one of them. I have two small children that request donuts on a regular basis. When this one opened up on the neighborhood we decided to check it out. The ladies that run this are as sweet as can be, and they always throw in an extra donut or two for us. Their donuts are the perfect size, and are a soft, always fresh and the perfect amount of sweetness. They also have donuts shaped like snakes and dogs, covered in chocolate and sprinkles, which is a very special treat for the kids. Well, my girlfriend spotted this favorite donut place near her parents' place. So, we came here on the first day. I got a glazed twist and shared it with her. I was not disappointed. The Glazed, Apple, Orange and Strawberry iced are good as well as blueberry cake. Their chocolate is terrible. If you like bear claws, Apple fritter, cinnamon rolls, or another glazed u will enjoy. I love doughnuts and I am a pretty patient person. I usually don't write that many reviews. Something either has to be really good or really bad for me to take the time to write one. This place has the worst customer service. The first time I went, the lady with blonde hair was rude who took care of me at the register. I thought, "Maybe she's just having a rough day, so I just ordered doughnuts and went about my business. The second time I went, there was a gentleman before me (same blonde lady at register) and he from the sound of it, told her he wanted a doughnut and she brought back the wrong one. He explained to her very politely it wasn't the one he meant, and she gave him a hard time and said, "Well, that was the one I thought you pointed at!" In a very mean sarcastic voice. And mind you, this was an older gentleman. Whatever happened to respecting your elders? And again I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought, "Maybe he was wishy washy... " NOPE!! I get up to the counter and smell something amazing and in effort to lighten the tense mood I say, "What is that that smells so good? (Also expecting more of an answer like strawberry crescent rolls or something.) The answer I got was a sarcastic "Well those are doughnuts. This IS a doughnut shop." No sheek Sherlock!! Lol!!! (My thoughts) I really got upset but did not say anything. I stopped going for a while and decided to give it another shot this morning. I asked for them to put the chocolate doughnut in a separate bag because my daughter is allergic to chocolate. She acted like I was completely inconveniencing her. HELLO!!! I do not recommend this place. The food is pretty average, but I'd take less than average food in place of great customer service. In all honesty, people go to a doughnut shop with a smile or happy moment in mind. For my kids and me, it's a special treat (special time).
