I told Benny that the driveway is very narrow and he assured me the posts will not stick out more than 3 inches on each side. They ended up doing 4 inches per post, 8 inches total. This might not sound like a lot but for a narrow driveway, every inch counts. NY Gates also put in a residential grade Liftmaster door opener meant for a single family. The installer bought out the wrong railing to the site and ended up macgyvering the railing on site which is never a good sign. In addition, these experts decide to put the exit button at a location that people can't reach when they exit the building. When I pointed this out, their response is, "it is 2 wires, move it yourself."
