I especially appreciated Natalie's responsiveness to my communications and my concerns. She was easily available throughout the project; I never had to chase her down. The creative process to redo our website was daunting to me; I had never done it before, and Natalie helped explain things in layman's terms so that I understood what my options were throughout. Natalie was also very reasonable with her rates, and after the project was done, when there were tweaks and changes, she did them for us no problem, as a part of the project we had paid for. I found that she had strong integrity in her business operations, which also put me at ease. I highly recommend Natalie for anyone who wants to have an easy, pleasant experience and to end up with a wonderful result!

For some reason Yelp doesn't have a Computer Programming Category. I had the pleasure of utilizing their services to deal with a website snafu that I had gotten myself into. They were fast and thorough. Note: their corporate admin stuff takes place out of Hendersonville, but most of their crew work remotely. I am in Santa Rosa, CA and they did great work for me. I know they have people in many other states as well. Also, the job I had for them was fairly small compared to what they are capable of. I did get quotes from them on creating another project as well. Creating a client management database and I was impressed at their professionalism and their creative process. I wasn't able to pursue that project due to budget constraints and am keeping what I have in place for the time being. Should that size of a project become feasible for my office, I will definitely be coming back to AnthroWare to get it done!

I hired Heather to do the SEO package she advertises on her website. Even though I gave her…read morespecific instruction that I wanted to understand what she was recommending I change, and that I wanted to approve anything before it was done, she completely disregarded my wishes. She refused to talk to me on the phone or by zoom. She will only communicate electronically, where she then assigns meaning and emotion to words that is not accurate. I tried communicating electronically since I was forced to but she would disregard my questions and comments. I would ask the same question repeatedly and never get an answer. She made her communication issues my problem. After I discovered she changed main copy on my website without my permission, I told her I'm uncomfortable with this, and she quit the job. I have no idea what else she changed or did without my permission. I then discovered she verified herself as an owner on my google account! I tried to revoke her access myself bur she had embedded a token within my site that would still give her access. I had no idea she did any of this and I'm told it was unnecessary for her to do that in order to perform the job she was hired for. The fact that she quit my job before getting approval to make any changes yet refused to give me a refund of the deposit as I asked for is totally unacceptable. Her unwillingness to talk voice to voice about my project caused the entire mess, and then to find out she gave herself verified ownership status of my google account without asking me or telling me, is very deceptive. In my experience, heather is a total disappointment. I'm not a tech expert at all which is why I needed help and all she did was mess up my site and cause me unnecessary stress. I would have never hired her had I known upfront that she refuses to communicate voice to voice. Too easy for things to get lost in translation with electronic communication. I also asked her to give me specific instruction to remove the token she embedded in my website so I can fully revoke her access and she ignored me. I am so disappointed as I trusted her to be honest and perform the work she was hired for, but she failed on all levels. BTW - I also saw on glass door that heather has a one star review with the word "unhealthy" which also describes her actions on the job I hired her for that she did not complete. I've also had an expert look at my site now and they say the work heather did was worthless. She caused more damage than good.

I was hired at $22.00 an hour for training (to go up to $25.00/hour afterward), but my final compensation did not accurately reflect my actual time on the clock. For multiple shifts, my payments were calculated below my actual hours worked, including mandatory office standby periods and on-site arrival times. Furthermore, management abruptly terminated my employment based on inaccurate claims that directly contradicted our scheduling agreements and documented medical conditions. I was penalized for an initial address discrepancy that management was fully aware of and actively monitored with me on the phone. Severe poison ivy and sumac reactions that were extensively disclosed to the team upon hire were also later weaponized as attendance infractions. To dismiss an employee under these circumstances--immediately after sending written messages stating how happy they were to have you on the team--is entirely unprofessional. I highly recommend that anyone considering working here keep strict, independent logs of their phone's GPS timeline and communication history to protect their rights."
