From the beginning I've claimed that this chapter 7 was an error and should be dismissed. They want to gut this asset. Linda Green is herself now committing fraud insisting this is a bankruptcy and I have no creditors . I objected to the annulment of the automatic stay, however, as a victim of gang harassment, the bribed judge took my protection and rights away from me. I tried to handle the situation myself but the court only gave a little fill out form and when I asked the clerk how it would help me - she said "I can't give any legal advice, just fill it out".
