This was a nice restaurant but didn't have a feel where I think you'd be out of place in more casual attire. I had the lamb meatballs app, which was delicious. I ordered the short ribs and they were tender and not too fatty. I would recommend trying this restaurant if you're in the area and want a nice meal that is mid priced, in a nice setting that will not disappoint.

I will say I think we ordered too much food We had the burrata and the hummus to start. I had the barbecue ranch salad with chicken and she had the rustic bowl with steak. Everything was really good. Service was great really cool vibes inside they do offer outdoor seating as well.

I am so baffled this has 3.9 stars. I will legit never come back here!!…read more The service is DIABOLICALLY LONG I cannot BELIEVE how long we waited for 1 coffee and 2 entrees to-go when the restaurant was EMPTY between 9:30-10:30. I am actually so upset. We ordered at 10:09 and recieved the cappuccino about 10:15. We waited and waited, watching the 3 workers scramble for something to do. Cleaning up the bar area, scraping bird poop outside, count the leaves on the trees. Idk. I understand they're not the ones responsible for the slow kitchen. We waited 30+ minutes for our food and finally at 10:41 am we got it. Wanna know what we ordered? Avocado toast and a steak melt. One of the simplest things on the menu. And remember there were maybe 2-3 solo customers doing computer work or at the bar, who had already ordered and were just enjoying the day. The only other customers vying for an order from the kitchen was a family with some small children. I cannot fathom coming here at a time that is more busy and having to compete with multiple other parties to get my food the same business day. Do not come here if you're really hungry. We ordered at 9:15ish to eat there and even that felt like it took long, when there was even less than 3 customers there. Thank you for the cold cappuccino and your lack of urgency for customers. I'm so glad we tipped y'all twice to do the bare minimum and serve us food whenever you felt like it.

Hayden Road Scottsdale, 85258 We were going to the Maricopa County Home Show at Westworld and needed to have some breakfast first. This is located about 3 miles from there. Other reviewers all noted that the place is usually packed, and today was no exception. However, the line to get in moves quite fast and we only waited about 10 minutes. When we were called for our table, we were given menus and fresh ice cold glasses of water were on the table. This restaurant is known for having fresh squeezed orange and/or grapefruit juice, so that was the first thing that was ordered. There is a machine loaded with oranges in the front, and the juice was a real treat. Companion ordered coffee, and I ordered a cappuccino, which came in a large (proper) cup with a lovely head of foamed milk on top. For the main courses, companion ordered steel cut oatmeal which came with little cups of brown sugar and raisins. Companion totally enjoyed the large bowl. For myself, I ordered french toast topped with apple/cinnamon glaze. It was delicious, but I could not possibly finish it. I felt so sorry for it to not be eaten, but I had to leave it! There are many servers on the floor and it became apparent that they all covered for each other. As for the food, they must have a dozen cooks in the back because as crowded as it was, our food came out quickly and really hot. I'm glad I don't get to this area often, because I'd blow up like a balloon with the quality of this food. Sanitation was as it should be, and the noise level was acceptable. 5 stars Sentry - Restaurant Reviews Tempe, Arizona 85282 Find us on Yelp, Google, and all around the world. We came on a Saturday, and they were quite busy, but we were able to get seated immediately since they have a good amount of indoor seating and outdoor patio seating. The six of us were seated across from the bar, and it was HOT . I started sweating and needed to use the menus as a fan and drink water to try and cool off. The restaurant had already been open for almost 2 hours, so I am not sure why it was so hot inside (others in our party were hot too, so I wasn't just me). Positives are the restaurant's beach decor and the hamburgers. Several people in our party ordered burgers, and they were cooked to perfection and the fries were really good! Negatives are very few seafood menu options and the fish tacos were terrible. They were drowning in a mayonnaise based slaw. The corn tortillas were really fresh and tasty, but when I bit into my taco I could mostly only taste mayonnaise and the pickled onions. Our friends even made an unsolicited comment that my tacos did not look good. Luckily, I selected fries as my side, because they were the best thing on my plate. With a name like Montauk, and the beach decor, I expected more fresh seafood options on the menu. More than half the menu was not seafood (Mediterranean platter, hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, brussels sprouts, salads, etc.). Unfortunately, Montauk does not live up to the hype.
