Eggsburgh delivers on its promise. The restaurant is bright, airy, and modern. This morning's hostess and waitress were friendly and cheerful. The menu offered a wide selection of breakfast dishes. I interpret this as a promise: I'm about to get a good breakfast, with good coffee and friendly service. That's exactly what I got. I ordered an egg white omelette, with hash browns and a side of fruit. The presentation was fine, the food and coffee were good, and my waitress kept my coffee topped up. In short, I'm a satisfied customer. Eggsburgh met my expectations. Note: This photo may seem weirdly cropped. I avoid taking photos with people in them if I don't have their consent. There was a decent crowd in the restaurant this morning. This is the only angle I could get without anyone in it.

It took a little while to be seated on a Saturday morning, which is expected. Very expensive menu with lots of good options. Pancakes did leave a lot to be desired though they were presented nicely. Salmon Benedict was flavorful. Potatoes and eggs like seasoning, but would be willing to try again other menu items.

Cute breakfast place inside the Peery hotel in downtown SLC. Perfect place to get your egg and pancake fix in the morning. They're open till 3 and also have great lunch options. Will definitely be back

Pardon the pun, but Eggsburgh is EGGS- ceptional. The food and the service are top-notch, and this will become a breakfast and brunch staple whenever I'm visiting SLC (which I would have known about it when I lived here)! First of all, the "Mix and Match" pancake and waffle flight is a genius option -- choose any three pancake or french toast options from the specialty menu -- we got the strawberry pancake, Danish blueberry pancake, and banana crunch french toast, and they were all terrific! The 2x2x2 meal with eggs, bacon, potatoes, and fresh fruit was also quite tasty! Additionally, the service was fast and attentive. We got our food within 10 minutes of ordering, and our server checked in multiple times throughout to ensure we were enjoying our food. Overall a 10/10 experience, and will happily return again!

A decent spot for breakfast, but it didn't quite wow me. The food is solid and the menu has some fun options, but nothing really stood out as exceptional. Portions were good, and the flavors were okay, just a bit inconsistent. Service was friendly enough, though a little slow at times. It's a fine place to grab breakfast if you're nearby, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

If you're looking for a place to grab a bite to eat, I would definitely suggest stopping by and giving this place a try! After looking at the menu online and seeing the variety I knew I needed to see for myself and I was not disappointed. We had the sweetest server by the name of Alejandro who was very attentive and friendly. Now for the food, I got the lean and green along with an iced coffee which was so good! I honestly wish I had been able to eat everything but it just means I will have to come by again to try other things on the menu.

Second time is a charm. Had the omelet last time and it was overcooked. The 2x2x2 was excellent. Customer services great.

I had the Bacado omelette and it was amazing! It had cheese, bacon and avocado. The eggs were fluffy and the hash browns on the side were very crispy and well seasoned. This place is inside the Perry Hotel property in a prime location in downtown Salt Lake City. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good breakfast meal.

Delicious and fulfilling breakfast joint! They have fresh squeezed OJ and big portions. The breakfast beverages did not disappoint!! The streak breakfast bowl was very flavorful and lasted me two meals. The steak was nice sized and cooked exactly to my liking!!!! It even tasted great the next day. The camper/smores French toast was very sweet. I made the mistake of adding the syrup on top which it didn't need. It was great without the syrup and had that as dessert and satisfied the sweet tooth craving. The patty melt was decent.

The service was impeccable. We got our food SO quickly! And we also barely had to wait at all. Loved it! It was so yummy. 10/10 would recommend. I also thought it was fairly priced as well.

We recently had a family brunch to celebrate a birthday. Service, food and all were top notch. The breakfasts are all hearty, fresh and flavorful. At our server's recommendation, I got the chilaquiles with the verde sauce. Super flavorful but my only complaint is there were few crunchy chips as everything was so smothered. Yes I prefer to have some crunch. Other members of our group had eggs Benedict, chorizo skillet, churro French toast, a breakfast bowl and red velvet French toast.

On a Sunday morning at 11, there was no wait. I was surprised by this, but it looks like they may get busier in the afternoon. They don't take reservations, but you can get on the Yelp waitlist. The inside is cute with a decent amount of tables, and they have outdoor seating as well. Both the hostess and server were nice. For drinks, they have a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic options. They don't have Diet Coke, so I went for a raspberry limeade. When in Rome ya know! I'm soooo glad I ended up getting this because it was delicious. The perfect combo of sour and sweet. Also, it has chunks of raspberry in it, which I loved. I prefer the actual fruit to a syrup, so I really enjoyed this. My friend got the honeydew cucumber mint limeade and let me try it. It was really good and refreshing!! My husband got a coffee and it was good. Both mine and my friends husband also enjoyed a mimosa!! For food, we started with the mini biscuits and hash bombs to start. Their biscuits, of course, are amazing. The jam that comes with them was great. The hash bombs were good but not my favorite. I didn't love the quinoa and wanted them to have cheese or something to make them a little more flavorful on their own. They were a great vessel for dipping in the really good limeade sauce that came with them. Everyone liked their main course. My breakfast tacos were delicious!! They came with chips and salsa. The salsa is a limeade and mint salsa. I didn't love it, but it was fun to try. My husband got the biscuit bar with gravy and said they were the best biscuits and gravy he's ever had. My friends got the hoss and garden hash and liked them both. This was a little bit of a weird experience cause halfway through our meal the server let us know that another patron at the restaurant had paid for everyone there. I had never had this happen before, and it was such a pleasant surprise! This place is a 5/5 regardless, but it was def an added bonus. I'm excited to come back and try something else cause the menu has so many standouts!!

I saw a comment about the restaurant being dark, but the lighting seems great. Anything much brighter would probably upset my eyes, especially early in the morning (as that's when we typically go). Someone also mentioned the wait is long. The restaurant isn't huge, and if you go at a time when everyone else is also going, usually any time after 9, then of course it'll be busy.
