I received a $200 Hilton credit for a timeshare meeting I attended and decided to use it at Eforea spa. The spa is located downstairs down the hall behind the staircase. The front desk worker was great and took her time showing me the facility and its amenities. I booked the Birthday Celebration 50 minute Massage. The massage itself was fine. The amenities are very limited and the facility lacks the intriguing factor that makes me want to stay all day. It has potential, just needs a fresh revamp and better marketing! read more

The spa itself was very much inviting to upgrade to getting pampered. Lockers offered slippers and a robe. I sat in the steam room and relaxed afterwards. My bf and I decided to do an impromptu spa sesh while we were on vacation in Vegas and it was amazing. It was easy to book the services online and when we went , they greeted us instantly. The host showed us where drinks and snacks were, showed us where to put our robes and slippers on and the message therapists greeted us for our services. They were so nice and when I tell you Sherrie had some magical hands! The way I fell asleep when she gave me the aromatherapy message was spectacular. She allowed me to choose 2 scents which I chose lavender and Sandwood I believe. It relaxed my body immediately. So I'm staying at the hotel and decided to try the spa. Now, this isn't a day spa - there aren't whirlpools or amenities that you would expect at a day spa. I found the facilities outdated and underwhelming. The hand towels were actually worn out and fraying! I thought maybe it was some weird attempt at some modern minimalist design, but i checked several and they were all worn and tattered. Odd. I showed up early for my facial to use the steam room and relax a bit, but when i walked in the steam room there wasn't any steam... so i walked out and found a keypad on the wall and pressed "on". The steam started after a few minutes but then it got unbearably hot so i could only stay about 10 min. The waiting area is strange and uncomfortable and has a strong odor, like sweet and floral, but really strong and distracting. The prices are similar to much nicer spas on the strip so I won't be going back to this spa. Now, the positive: the lady who did my facial was amazing. She was nice and l personable and communicative. She could do well at some of the bigger spas, I enjoyed my facial. read more

This spa exudes a peaceful atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door. The receptionist soothingly answers any questions and orients one to the spa layout as well as lets you know what to do. The locker room was immaculate, and after I changed into the provided robe and slippers, I headed to a couch in the relaxation lounge. I'd ordered an 80 minute massage with CBD lotion and hot stones. The therapist, Jen, was clearly the top of her class. After checking in with me about my areas of concern, she was very responsive to my needs for less or more pressure. The heated towels helped loosen tight muscles along with the stones and lotion. When she finished, Jen draped my warmed robe over me, which was lovely. I enjoyed a short visit to the steam room before changing and heading out for my day, feeling content and calm. read more

Loved my experience at this spa inside the Hilton Grand Vacation. There is a co-ed lounge area to wait with your cozy robe and slippers while waiting for your spa treatment. It could be a little more cozy and updated. My masseuse was great with checking in about the pressure and how things felt throughout the massage. I wish I remembered her name. My body was aching after a fall a few weeks ago and also, being in a 4-hour car ride to Vegas, but I left here feeling much lighter. Everyone was super friendly here. The masseuse was professional, attentive, and she knew when to be gentle but also hit dem spots! (I forgot her name even though I asked..ebony?brittany..idk the Black woman and she was sort of tall). Being able to shower and relax in the steam room was great. They also have a quiet area where people were napping and chillaxing before exiting the spa, so it's no rush to leave when you are done. Decent service for the price. I called about 2-3 weeks ahead of my recent trip to Vegas and scheduled a 50 min massage. I requested a female massage therapist. On the day of my service, I was greeted promptly by the receptionist, Kiersten. She was A DOLL and so pleasant to work with. She gracefully and single-handedly checked me in while also helping a walk-in customer. I inquired about whether I might be able to add a pedicure to my service, and she politely informed me that they had only recently reopened and did not yet have a nail technician on staff. She then showed me around the facility and I got dressed for my massage. I was greeted by my masseuse - a man. Luckily this was not a huge deal breaker for me, but I did specifically request a woman. The massage was good. Pressure was a little too hard, even after I asked him to dial it back a bit. But nothing too uncomfortable. He incorporated some really neat leg stretches to aid in relieving tension in my lower back. My critiques - I don't believe the table was heated, and the room was a bit chilly. Also, there was no aromatherapy incorporated - no oil diffusers going or anything. The room smelled stale which was a bit disappointing. None of these things were within my masseuse's control. He did a good job. I'd request him again if I ever return to this hotel. Afterward, I helped myself to a little quiet time in the relaxation room, a steam sesh in the steam room, and a shower (although I couldn't get the water to get as hot as I'd liked). Overall, this is one of the more affordable spas on the strip and they're pretty good. I think they'll probably improve as they hire more staff, but they're on the right track :) read more

I just had the most delightful time at this spa today- as did my friend! Located within a HGVC property (Hilton Grand on The Boulevard)- this first floor spa is much larger inside than it looks from the entrance. Online booking for services was easy- my guest & I choice massages. Upon arrival, we were offered an opening for a facial- so I immediately snatched that up too! And when they learned it was my friend's first true full massage, & that she had wanted some wax services- they made time for those services too! I was so impressed that the kind manager stayed later to allow us to get the additional services. Nothing was rushed & all services were done by employees that genuinely enjoyed their work. I commend management here as well as the fine staff! Along with the massage, facial & waxing services, this spa has mail services too. Whether staying at the hotel or not- I recommend checking the spa out. I booked a massage and Linda was amazing (I thought her name was Sandra, but it's Linda) Linda knows the body, she's a physical therapist, and loves healing!! I upgraded to the hot lava shells, and extra for my feet, it was SO worth it. I'm a chronic pain survivor, and try very hard to only get massage and acupuncture for treatment. Linda and I were very like minded, this woman took all of my pain away in a little over an hour. If you're like me and like a DEEP FOOT massage, ask for Linda and pay extra for the foot work! I tried to book one more time before I left, but, being a cashless facility put a damper in that for me. Had they accepted cash, I would have been there every day to see her and get massaged. They have a steam room that's nice. Slippers and a robe are provided, as are tea, water and some nuts to snack on. The quiet waiting/rest area is beautiful. Enjoy! read more

After spending days looking for a spa experience for a friend and I, we decided on Eforea. We both purchased the Groupon for $92. For the $92 we received a 50 minute massage & a 40 minute facial plus full day use. GREAT DEAL! My masseuse Chivelley (sorry if I spelled it wrong!!) was great. She let me pick my scent, and was always asking if the pressure was okay, or what I wanted. The heat packs during the massage made it even better. ......... My friend, did not have such good luck. She was given the service by a man, who asked her no questions. She did not get to pick out the smell of her oil, and he didn't ask questions about her body/what she wanted/pressure, etc. I was disappointed because this was her first time at the spa & I wanted it to be perfect. Boo. My facial hurt like Hell. I guess my nose needed to be extracted for majority of the time. I literally cried thru the process. Looking at it afterwards I did not have any blackheads left. Pain for gain right?! The "relaxing room" is co-ed so there will be men and women lounging around before and after their services. They had an amazing hot tea available and a variety of cold teas. The peach was amazing! The only other cool thing about this spa is the steam room. They had just put it fresh Eucalyptus & the scent/steam was amazing. We relaxed before and after our services. There is no hot tubs which was a disappointment. They had three showers in the female room. They all had cool add ons. (see photo) The showers were stocked with all the necessities for getting ready. We also used the blow dryer, and hair brushes they provided. OH BE CAREFUL. They still charge the full gratuity for the services provided. They have changed their name to Eforea. Bought a groupon when I found out we were gonna stay at this Hilton, what a deal! I was kind of surprised at how small this facility is. There was no jacuzzi inside. They only have the one outside for all guests, but it was cold and raining so we couldn't use it. Lounge area seats about 12 people. It's not the type of spa that you could spend many hours in. Steam room was really nice. They also have a nail salon. If I had paid full price I would have been disappointed. I've gotten other treatments at hotels on the strip and they have huge facilities that you could send all day in with indoor jacuzzis and multiple types of steam rooms lots of snacks, drinks and reading material. read more

I was in Las Vegas to get married over the weekend of July 27, and needed to get my nails done. My mom owns a timeshare in this hotel, so while I was on my way to her room she called the spa to try and get me in for a manicure/pedicure for myself and one of my bridesmaids, between my hair trial and a dinner reservation we had with the group for later that evening. She misjudged the amount of time we had until we needed to be at a reservation I'd made for everyone invited to the wedding, so when I got to her room (probably 15 mins later), I realized I'd need to either move or cancel the appointment she'd made for me. I called the spa and they had nothing available either earlier in the same day, or on any other day between that point and my wedding, so I asked to cancel. The person I was talking to was very short and rude about it, answered in one word answers from that point on, and didn't properly end the conversation before hanging up on me. They charged my mom's room for those appointments. I will never use this spa and will be sure to tell the many members of my family who own timeshares in this hotel of my experience. read more

With the work that I've been doing lately, I've been feeling really physically beat up. I got a Groupon promo ($58) for this place recently, and they did a great job in patching me back up with an hour massage and an afternoon stay in their spa. What I liked most about the place is that it is so quiet with no outside distractions. No TVs, reading is basically along the lines of daily affirmation-esque books.... I packed away my cell phone as I didn't want to be bothered with outside stimuli. I sat, sipped tea, and perused some light reading. It was quiet, and oh, did I ever need that. The locker room was wonderful with its relaxing showers and eucalyptus steam room. I cooked myself like a lobster to sweat out all of the toxins in my body, and I could feel the difference. When the massage time came, it was exactly what I needed. Amanda was truly a professional, and did a wonderful job working some massive kinks out of my body. I closed my eyes, enjoyed, and was sorry that it was merely just an hour. After the massage, they allow you to stay until closing if you want to use their other amenities. Had I not been busy that evening, I might have taken them up on it. But I returned to the sauna for a while longer, and after relaxing in there, made use of their grooming options which allowed me to look refreshed and presentable to the outside world once more. Now that my work run is over, I could definitely use another sauna visit. I wouldn't have a problem returning here to iron out the rest of the kinks in my frame. He was also very friendly when I called back a few times with questions. (Make sure you go to the correct Hilton. I got a little lost.) Rob did all my treatments and he was amazing! Just the right amount of pressure. Friendly but not too talkative if you wanted quiet time. He really focused on the areas I mentioned (my aching feet). Best of all, I didn't feel at all rushed.
