French tipped pedicure
Sarah R.

First I had a sensitive skin facial with Kathy. It was my first facial so I didn't really know what to expect and I don't have anything to compare it to, but it was really nice! My face felt clean, moisturized, and no redness after. Next I had a French pedicure and manicure with Kim and she was super nice and awesome. Love my nails. We chatted the whole time and she was just delightful. I am sad that she is such a long drive from where I live. If I am in need of a pedi/mani next time I am in Vegas I would visit her again.

Relaxation room after our massages!! Check this place!!

None of the pools/rooms were overly hot/cold except for the cold plunge, which I thought was nice. Snacks included small apples, dried apples, granola bites, and chocolate biscotti. They also have coffee machine, herbal tea, and flavored water machine. There is a red light mask and a pair of compression boots you can use. It's gender-specific and clothing optional. The pros: The facility is modern and clean with a lot of amenities including various hot tubs, steam and dry sauna, ice room, hot stone lounge chairs, quiet room to rest, salt room, and lounge area. They also host an Aufguss sauna experience every hour in their entertainment sauna room. The snacks and drinks were delicious which included mini muffins, mini cookies, nuts, bananas, teas, coffee, and sparkling and still water. The staff is friendly, professional, and approachable. They were great about cleaning up the areas and restocking towels, snacks, and shower amenities. My massage was really great from Misty as well. I highly recommend booking your service as soon as possible. The cons: let's start off with the overstimulating, loud environment in the shared co-ed spaces from everyone talking like they are at happy hour. It's hard to relax and enjoy the supposed spa ambiance around crowds of people who are all talking loudly. The noise amplifies and echoes inside. They need to limit the number of guests and tell people they can only talk in the sitting area outside. They crack down on phone use (which I feel should be allowed as long as people are not talking on the phone) but don't tell guests to be quiet. The locker rooms need more than a small bench in each section. It's only big enough for 1-2 people. The showers need to have hooks or hangers for our towels and robes. Note: it is less busy after 3-4pm so if you want to enjoy the spa in peace and with minimal people, go after that time. I took these pictures around 6pm. After paying over $300, I want to feel like I'm at a spa, not another bar on the Strip. If Lapis Spa can work on controlling the noise level, I'd consider returning.

I liked doing the cold plunge after the sauna and napping in the heated chairs. I didn't like that they didn't have bathroom amenities like hair dryers and razors out and available. I feel like they should just provide them without us having to ask. However, the massage I got was incredible and the best part. I have to give a shout out to Henry. I have chronic pain and was suffering from a flare up when I visited. The pain relief I got from the massage was so great that it made me cry. He knew all the areas on my back and arms I was feeling pain without me telling him and he used just the right pressure to relieve the muscles. I hadn't felt that good and relaxed in years. Thank you so much! I wouldn't go back just for the spa but I will definitely go back every time I visit for a massage and spa. We already booked our next trip and will be staying at Fountainebleau for this!

That is actually not the case, and we were able to get our services here and enjoy the amenities here. Our pedicures were absolutely amazing and Z and D did a fantastic job! April was also incredible attentive and helpful with our experience. We really enjoyed the steam room, sauna and cold dip, but the massive hot tub takes the cake! It was so relaxing to have such a large hot tub where you can submerge up to your shoulders while standing! We also were able to unexpectedly enjoy a fantastic lunch at the spa. At check in we asked if we could order lunch and we were told we there was no spa restaurant and they recommended walking down to the food court. However, luckily we found information indicating that there was in fact a way to order lunch to the spa and we had a nice lunch. Overall a fantastic experience and a great hidden gym. The advertising and website of this place truly does it a disservice and doesn't show how fantastic it is.

I've found that 80-90 minute massages are the right amount of time to let me relax. The table was pure perfection -- warm, soft sheets, and it adjusted to the most relaxing position for the massage. My therapist was professional and relaxed, his pressure was great, and he checked a couple times to make sure he didn't need to adjust. I was disappointed that the spa was under maintenance, so the showers, sauna, and steam room were unavailable. They said they applied a discount to my service to make up for the lack of amenities, but my receipt was the same price as the online service. Check-in was effortless and quick, and I relaxed in the waiting room for about 20 minutes until my appointment time. I purposefully booked the service so I could fly in, get a service, relax for a few hours, shower, and head to meetings -- but that's not what happened. The website should have indicated the reduced services, so no, not worth what I paid. I also wish the scent of the oils were more potent. They give you a choice of aromatherapy oil combinations based on your goals for the service, but honestly I could barely smell them.

I had a 50 minute facial with dermaflash. I enjoyed all the amenities a couple of pass throughs. The outdoor pool is right above the "club pool" so it was a little loud while trying to relax outside. Which is odd but it was still fine. The salt room beds are so great but I didn't feel much salt in there. There's a larger warm tub and a smaller hot tub and it probably should be the other way around since the hot tub gets crowded. I would suggest getting there early since it does get crowded. I left her feeling relaxed The bad - they continue to take parts of the convenience of the spa away to "SAVE THE PLANET". So they have taken away the reusable combs/brushes to give you a plastic single use brush, they have taken the cans of shaving cream to give you a single use packet, they have taken away the generic disposable razors, to give you an environmentally friendly razor. So not only do these changes NOT protect the environment, they are cheap and break as soon as they touch your skin or hair The only thing that makes sense to me is that they did this as a cost cutting measure - afraid someone might walk off with. Comb or extra razor. If you are charging over $250/hr for your services, and need to have money, this isn't where you save it
