I found many areas not cleaned after they left. She claimed that they were already at their six hours. Mind you this is two hours per person. She said that she did not finish the living room which is the main area of the house because of time. She said that would be extra time thus extra money. I said fine as I was having guests that evening and wanted the whole house clean. I was extremely disappointed when I went to look at my credit card and they charged me twice!
