Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. Aj and David were the technicians who showed up. They gave a real-time update in regards to their arrival as well as texted a photo with licensing verification. They're very professional and wasted no time getting to work. They were able to diagnose the problem relatively quickly. Noted I had a leaky PRV. They informed me that whoever built this house used the cheapest material PRV which was prone to bursting. They replaced it with a brass PRV and some of the piping as well to make it more weather resistant in less than 2 hours. Their pricing was fair. It's $89 for diagnostics but if you find them through Yelp, they'll give you $75 off the first service call. If you're military, they also give an additional 10% off. Overall, I'm happy with the quality of their work and would recommend their services to the community.
