She worked with us initially to send out invites digitally - and was able to utilize our wedding website to assist us with easily collecting our RSVPs and other pertinent guest information! We then asked for her help with wedding stationary and posters. Wiithin a few days of my wedding, I noticed some typos on my end for the wedding programs. Thankfully, I messaged Bindiya, and she intervened to stop the incorrect programs from going to print, and double-checked with me to ensure my corrections were appropriately made! I was such an anxious bride, sending my table chart corrections a few days before my wedding. Thankfully, Bindiya was following up alongside with me to ensure that everything came two days before the wedding! I highly recommend her services because her attention to detail and artistic touch for everything poster/sign/invite/program-related really makes your event feel special and unique.

We hired Inktricate Designs for signage and printed items, and had a pretty disappointing…read moreexperience from start to finish. I suspect that these issues came from the fact that they have a large volume of customers and the design work may be delegated to other employees who don't have the same eye for design as the company founder. It's also worth noting that we did enter into contract with them relatively close to our event date, however, they did also accept the contract knowing our event date. For the paper goods, we had a tough time getting them to do actual design work. In the end, we were making very specific yet trivial edits to help make the design aligned with our vision (centering text, fixing alignment, consistency of bold and underlined text). We ended up cancelling an item altogether because the design was so poor that we weren't sure if the offered free redesign from scratch would end up meeting our timelines. For the physical goods we purchased, it was pretty obvious that the quality was outright bad. While we decided to transport the sign ourselves to avoid a delivery fee, it's apparent from the vendor's photo (attached in this review) that the frame was not constructed properly. It also left stains in the car that was used to transport the frame. At the actual event, the joints had failed and was on the cusp of toppling over (though luckily we were able to fix most of the glaring issues). All in all, we were not happy at all with Inktricate Designs. I'm sure they are able to produce quality work as evident by their Instagram page, but for whatever reason we were not given the same priority or treatment. I think we would've been happier if they had just admitted that the delivered work was subpar or that the construction of the sign wasn't up to their standards - but even with an email back and forth they were adamant that there was no issues on their end.

Bitfire does all our printing at work and they're always gorgeous. Literally everyone I have ever sent one of our prints to compliments us on the quality. It doesn't stop there though, this is basically a one stop shop. Clint is amazing - he set up our whole storage system and every time I need help figuring out the crazy complication of networks and backups he always comes to the rescue. The retouching is also top notch - on set retouching too! It is pretty clear working with the folks here that they not only are professional but they 100% know what they are talking about and aren't going to mislead you. I cannot recommend Bitfire Studios more highly as an event space. Everything from the staff to the…read morespace to the accessibility and versatility are top notch. I recently found Bitfire Studios online when looking for a space to hold a fundraising event for the 30th Anniversary of my theater company, Artistic New Directions. My initial conversations were with the wonderful and informative Celeste, who provided me with all the space details, and scheduled a same-day location walkthrough. Upon my arrival I met the owner, Clint Hild, who was extremely gracious, and the two of them walked me through the space. My requirements, while not elaborate, called for a video presentation, live auction and event space, as well as stationary food and bar areas. Clint and Celeste happily discussed ways to rearrange the space, showed me the Apple and PC ready projector and screen, and discussed how to make the white cyc work as a presentation area. Over the next few weeks, any questions I had were promptly and enthusiastically answered, and I was able to schedule as many walkthroughs for my planning team as we needed, often with very little advance notice. It was the second or third time I visited the space that I met another of Clint's rock star staff members, Lauryn, who became my liaison for the rest of the planning period. On the day of the event Lauryn was on hand during setup, coordinating with me and my team to ensure we had everything we needed, helping me set up my iPhone to the stereo system, as well as our wireless mic. She even produced a pair of Bose speakers to hook up to the computer presenting the video, once we realized my speakers were not sufficient to fill the space! As the event began, Celeste took over those responsibilities, checking in with me throughout the evening, ensuring we were well taken care of and supported. Despite my objections, she even insisted on helping us break down the event and clean up after the party! Our photographer for the evening had a blast working at Bitfire, snapping great shots of our guests on the white cyc, adding a feeling of fun and sophistication to the evening. From the Board of Directors, the sponsors and donors, to the guests and volunteers, hands down it was regarded as the very best event Artistic New Directions has ever had, and that is in large part because Bitfire Studios provided the ideal space and staff for the event. The professionalism and ease of dealing with Clint, Celeste, and Lauryn, combined with the beauty of the studio, made my experience planning and executing our event not only painless, but downright enjoyable. I will absolutely be calling them again for m

Unfortunately not many in NYC possess excellent customer service skills. Here's my story.....I needed baseball shirts personalized for my son's themed birthday party. I provided Alex with the dry fit baseball jersey's and the design. He completed the design within a week but had an issue with one of the shirts. Two designs printed onto one shirt. He immediately called me and asked where I purchased the shirts. He then searched at several locations to replace the shirt that was printed improperly. When I picked up the shirts the following day I was not satisfied with the outcome of the shirts. There were areas on the shirt that were faded and were not to my liking. I called Alex to share my concerns and he immediately advised that he will be right over. When we met up he immediately apologized and took responsibility of the discoloration on the numbers on the back of the shirt. He explained that the machine was having difficulties printing on the back of the dry fit shirts and the color may have been the issue. He advised me that he will fix it and asked me what would make me happy. We agreed to me repurchasing the shirts again bringing it to him and he would reprint all of the shirts. He did not charge me for the remaining balance and even added a color to the shirt that would have been an additional fee. Within 24 hours he called me with the new shirts and hand delivered it to me at a convenient location. I highly suggest supporting Uno Group. Alex is extremely nice, flexible, professional, and has impeccable customer service.
