So, there is an drive-up ATM here, where you are able to deposit and withdraw money at a drive-up station. I drove up, requested to withdraw $100 and only $60 came out of the machine. I was like... not cool, ATM, not cool. The point of driving up was to not get out of my car and drive off after I was done. After that episode though, I had park and enter the branch to explain my situation. I was quickly assisted by one of the bankers and they amended the situation immediately! They knew I was not trying to scam them out of a measly $40 and they just had me sign one thing and I was out of there with the money in no time. I really appreciate how they went out of their way to make sure the problem was resolved without a hitch!
