However, the location by the Brederoplein is a particularly cozy location, a little over 1km to the SW from Utrecht Centraal. Friendly staff, with patio and inside dining available - the location is in a more quiet neighborhood setting, compared to the locations in Utrecht's Binnenstad. The Brederoplein location is very convenient by bike or by bus. For those who prefer dining al fresco, the restaurant also offers blankets at no charge, making for a "gezellig" (cozy) setting on a cool autumn night. Their wine selection is better than one would expect and there is also a nice selection of cocktails and desserts. But of course, it's mainly about the pizzas, which are simply amazing. The shop is nice, well lit, not a lot of decoration but the two gentlemen working there spoke in Italian which is a great sign. Ordered drinks and a pizza called Quattro Stagioni. It didn't take but a few minutes and the pizza was delivered. The crust is so thin, the toppings cooked just right....wow! Definitely a great authentic place - great pizza.

So, pizza perfection should qualify this place for five stars however, when we come here I miss that friendly "family atmosphere" that we get at our regular Italian place. It's much more business like here and last time some of the crust on my pizza was burned. But other than that, did you see how thin the crust is and how well topped the thing is??
