I have recently moved back to the Canton area after being in Chicago for 14 years due to illness. Both times that I have visited this bead store the women working has been too busy working on her own projects to help the customers. I asked if she had the soft flex beads wire. Her response was do you see it up there? I was shocked so I said I was told on the phone that you would have it today. She reluctantly got up to look in the back at the shipment that arrived. She tells me that she has it and handed me Beadalon. I told her that Beadalon tends to kink in places. She told me that they don't carry softflex and went back to her project. I had to tell her that I had a stone pendant that I wanted to pay for. She said Oh so yo are done then?I said yes. I have been to many bead stores but never one that treats me like an intrusion or an inconvenience. I called up V Rock shop right after that to find out that they carried wire and had what I needed. read more
