There was a cool breeze through the canopies on a very warm day and garbage cans to dispose of our leftovers. When we stumbled upon the gorgeous flower gardens, I could not believe it. There were multiple gardeners working outside of the conservatory and although it was closed, I can't imagine that there was anything more beautiful inside than what we saw outside. We were able to sit over at the benches and rally enjoy the fountain and manicured flowers. There was a large, veryrude family that did come through who wanted to scream at their kids and then try to take photographs in front of the flowers like a happy family. Then allow their smaller children to stomp through the flowers and scream loudly while they stared at their phones. And there were of course at least two young ladies posing for "the gram" that picked flowers and made obnoxious gestures in ridiculously skimpy clothes... I guess those types of things can't be helped these days and they are no reflection on the garden itself, just be prepared for your peace to be interrupted. We also made a quick stop at the Rose garden which I did not find to be quite as beautiful but smelled lovely... There were just too many bugs and it was there were just too many bugs and it was far too warm to spend much time there. If I lived closer to this park, I would come everyday to listen to the sound of the fountain and appreciate the beauty of the topiaries and flowers and I would recommend a stop here for anyone who appreciates the beauty of nature.

When I visited here I saw exotic tress, caladiums, and quite a number of cactus, but all told I didn't see anything particularly new or compelling.   Tip: This Conservatory is very close to a really beautiful formal garden with wide staircase that leads down to the entrance.  You might want to plan time to visit both if you're going to come here :-)

Guess I parked slightly over covering someone's driveway by a few inches on accident was in and out of the store within five minutes just needed to grab one thing I knew where it was so was in and out to within five minutes. Getting into my car I had the store owner yelling at me saying she just yelled at other people inside too. I was in the middle of apologizing because it was an honest mistake. The store owner continued to scream at me while and after apologizing profusely, trying to explain it was an accident. I will never be back here. Really sad that the owner thinks it's okay to be so mean to people. I hope the owner learns to have compassion and understanding instead of screaming at people and name calling. Guess I'll be going to Ritters or the local place in the South Hill next year.

Richard delivered on all of these and then some. During the process, he continued to consult with us and kept us informed of his schedule. We greatly appreciated his flexibility in allowing us to complete some of the work ourselves and the tips he provided to us along the way. For the few sub-contractors he used, Richard was always on site and oversaw their work. The pride he takes in his work is very evident. No detail is too small. His design complimented the style of our home and expanded our living space to the outdoors which is something we always longed for. We continue to marvel at how perfectly he balanced the use of steel and rock with the softness of each plant choice and placement. We also got the hummus board and the bites board and they were fantastic! The hummus board had two rotating hummus options - one was a normal hummus and the other was a beet hummus. The pita chips seemed freshly made and were AMAZING. I wish I could take a bag to go with me! The bites board was also amazing and had some delicious cheeses. We asked to have the meats replaced with other things to make it vegetarian and it was fantastic. They should add it as a menu item, we loved every bit of it! Second year dogwood, died third year Japanese Maple has major fungal issues I hadn't noticed when purchasing. Now it needs to be removed and my Soil is contaminated. We did not over water. We follow directions exactly. We have now wasted $800 dollars at least! Every single tree we have planted has either died shortly after or had serious fungal issues. Never ever again will we purchase and trees from Spokane Boys. We have a beautiful lush and thriving garden otherwise with multiple trees from other retailers with no issue and have been growers for two decades. We are not the problem. So buyer beware. The trees are beautiful but unfortunately never lasted longer than one year. The Garden decorations, fountains and birdbaths are nice and have lasted. So it's not a complete waste.

Nick responded within 30 minutes of my request that he would try to work me in within the next two days.
