He really does know what he is doing, is pleasant, lays everything out for you and answers your questions. His staff are equally super, pleasant and overall nice, from reception through operations and out through billing. Billing does the insurance work and accepts just about any credit cards for your co-pay. I learned a lot and had absolutely no problems with healing, pain or after surgery. You are having oral SURGERY, so this is not just a walk in the park. Make certain that you have someone there to drive you home and it is not a great idea to go back to work after the procedures. Make certain that you do get a prescription for Amoxicillin and take your dose an hour prior to your surgery. In fact, it is a good idea to take a prevention dose before any dental work. Your mouth has a lot of not so wonderful bacteria and will flow into your system via dental work. That includes cleanings. Be smart and safe. Don't dread the implant treatment. It is done nicely and correctly with Dr Alessandrini and you will be surprised at how easy it all was. Highly recommended.
