I love the car, it's great. I am not upset with my decision at all. About three weeks after taking possession of the car, I got into an accident. I was devastated. Ramona was the ultimate professional. And mind you, I didn't sign on with Mona until the day before I took possession of the car. Thanks to Mona, my coverage was so thorough that I was able to rent an electric vehicle throughout the duration of my repair time. If you don't know, one of the struggles Tesla has is repairs. That is just something that does not happen quickly. It can take up to a month, sometimes more. Thankfully, I had complete rental coverage for an electric vehicle for 30 days, no issues. So, I just want to THANK YOU Ramona for being so awesome and for sitting with me to look at the insurance coverage I had at the time and providing me with a comprehensive package that covered me in my time of need. I'm not usually one to ask for that but because of all the extra payments we had received due to covid, I wanted someone who knew what they were doing. Mercedes, prepared my taxes. I was told she was the office manager at the time. Well It's been a year and I have not received my taxes. I tried calling H&R Block and they don't help me at all. They just said I have to wait for the IRS. Keep in mind I also paid that extra fee H&R charges for security if anything happens. They could have at least tried to look Into the problem. Please take my advice, do not go to H&R block.
