This is why I filed bankruptcy in a first place. Me calling and emailing to this attorney was useless as month later no one was returning my calls. Had to hire another attorney and re open my case to be told that my original attorney should have handled this for me years ago when she filed my case. Looks like only collection monies from people is important to her not to help people. Now I have to deal with this lien for next 2 month which will tie up the sale of my property because of incompetent attorney that I hired . He counted on Mr. Troutman to get back to him and help him and Mr. Troutman never once responded to his calls and messages to return his calls and because of this was forced to respond to this case without benefit of councel. He feels Mr. Troutman acted very non professionally by not keeping his word and never once getting back to him if only to say he couldn't help. Because of this he feels that Mr. Troutman would not be someone who could be depended on following through and keeping his word.
