His rates were reasonable, and although I borrowed money to pay the whole fee at the time, he does take payments, as I recall. His office was very quick at responding to any questions or concerns. The reason for this late review is that, unfortunately, my family made a series of mistakes that landed us back in bankruptcy. Even worse, I let my embarrassment over our situation prevent us from choosing this office again and going with a much less capable firm. Don't make my mistake. He feels Mr. Troutman acted very non professionally by not keeping his word and never once getting back to him if only to say he couldn't help. Because of this he feels that Mr. Troutman would not be someone who could be depended on following through and keeping his word.
