I just had a horrible experience with this dental office, I wanted to make an appointment for my…read morewife so that she could have a procedure which would cost in the range of 10-20k, before I could even get the appointment, they gave me the third degree because they said my wife had missed her appointments and they would not even see her, until we paid a fee of 100 dollars!! I don't care about paying the 100 dollars, but the way we got the third degree and got scolded like a bunch of deadbeats was terrible by their office manager!! So very bad manners!! There's way too many other qualified doctors,to be treated this way!! Rude nasty person!

Where to begin?! We were visiting family in the area when my wife had a dental emergency. Our…read morefamily recommended we go to their dentist, Dr. Dan Rairigh. Dr. Rairigh's entire staff was courteous and professional, and accommodated our emergency visit. Over three visits in a week's time, Dr. Rairigh expertly corrected a botched procedure from our hometown oral surgeon. He set up a plan to install an implant using some pretty advanced techniques, including a 3D-printed drill guide custom-fit to my wife's teeth. He even took the time to show me the 3D printer in action in his office! (I was even able to get a cleaning during our visit! His hygienist, Laurie, is the best. My teeth felt cleaner than ever, and she was thorough and efficient. She also chatted with me as if we were old friends, calmly distracting me throughout the cleaning. Dr. Rairigh then came in to look at my x-rays and poke around my teeth. I wasn't left waiting in the chair for long at all, and Dr. Rairigh was gentle and informative.) We're setting up our entire family of five with this practice, and cleanings will now be a part of our visits to the area!

Went to DiBartolo Dental for about 20 years. Loved the practice. But after 10 years, the quality…read moreof work went downhill especially when I started getting some major dental work done. Spoke to Dr. D several times about how unhappy I was with the quality of work and even documented everything and gave him my timelines of the events. Said he would work with me, but it kept getting worse. 1st implant fell out within 4 months 2nd double implant with bridge (other side of my mouth) fell out within 14 months Got my medical history mixed up with someone else's Messed up bite guards 3 times (they didn't have records of the original bite guard) Messed up submitting to insurance at least 5 times Lost around 15k for the implants Messed up appointment times Hard to get anyone to call back They don't take insurance anymore but will submit (don't expect them to get it right). The one person kept sending the claim to my old insurance. I had to do it myself. A good friend of mine also had their implants fall out. Cleanings and sedation were great except the last time I had sedation, the anesthetist wouldn't wait for me to talk to the dentist before the work was done. I get anxiety attacks with needles so I wanted to be alert when I talked to the doctor. Not cool. I broke with them cold turkey in 2024. In my opinion, he grew too big too fast. I really had hope they would get better but the stress and anxiety I had with all the issues and losing so much money out of pocket was too much to deal with (approximately $15K). I found a couple wonderful practices that I have used since then (one stopped taking UHC insurance so I had to switch to another). If you chose Dr. D, just document everything. Not that is helps but maybe he will get the message. I wasn't sure if I should write a review but the more I thought about it, I don't want anyone to go through what I did.

Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can!!! I woke up during dental implant surgery and…read morethey refused to pause the procedure and yelled at me to suffer through it, so they could finish. It was painful and traumatic! I was lied to about the teeth I would receive. They are useless and I can't eat with them. Received my implants last year and I'm still having issues, pain. $20,000. dollars in debt and I can't even function with what I paid for. Also, they start billing you for stuff before you even sign the contract and they don't tell you until it's too late and they "claim" you're already on the hook for the money. There is NO FREE CONSULTATION! DO NOT LET THEM TAKE ANY PICTURES, X-RAYS, CARE CREDIT APP, BECAUSE YOU ARE BEING CHARGED AND YOU HAVEN'T EVEN SIGNED ANYTHING YET!!! DiBartola Dental is devious, deceitful and nefarious and they lie. They tell you that you need work done that you don't need. They promise you something, and swap it out for something cheaper. I have requested copies of my patient records several times, I even payed DiBartola for them, and I still have not received them! I STRONGLY WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELL HOLE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND YOUR SANITY. Lisa S.

I recently had a very unsettling experience at Kerr and feel it's important to share. Initially,…read morethere was a miscommunication regarding my first appointment, which I take full responsibility for. The office kindly rescheduled me, and I made sure to call ahead to confirm. However, from the moment I spoke with the receptionist, Kristen, I was met with rudeness and hostility. Upon arrival, Kristen seemed frustrated that I hadn't completed new patient paperwork, despite my understanding that she would be sending it to me. She stated that I was expected to download and complete it beforehand, which I was happy to do had I been clearly informed. She then aggressively placed the paperwork on the counter, creating an environment that felt far from welcoming--especially concerning given that this practice treats pediatric patients as well. As I filled out most of the paperwork, Kristen abruptly demanded the first sheet and became visibly upset when I didn't have certain information related to my wife. She continued to berate me in front of other patients, making the entire situation unnecessarily uncomfortable and unprofessional. At that point, I calmly stated that I didn't feel this was the right fit for me and prepared to leave. Realizing my personal information was still on the paperwork, I turned back to request it. Kristen initially ignored me, forcing me to go beyond the hallway to get her attention. When she finally acknowledged me, she became even more aggressive, to the point where she physically swung at me. I was in shock and asked her if she had actually just done that. She then accused me of intimidating her--even though I had remained still and composed throughout. At this point, Dr. Tim Kerr came out, visibly concerned. I explained the situation while Kristen continued to yell from the background, attempting to justify her behavior. While Dr. Kerr seemed like a decent person, he didn't appear particularly alarmed by what had just transpired. He suggested we "start over," but given the hostile environment, I made it clear that I would never feel comfortable receiving care there. After returning home, I did some further research and found another review from a patient who had an equally terrible experience with Kristen. This was disappointing, considering Dr. Kerr made it seem like my experience was an anomaly. It's clear that this receptionist lacks the professionalism and customer service skills necessary to be the first point of contact at a medical practice. She does not represent the values that a patient-facing role requires, and her behavior is completely unacceptable for a business that serves families and children. Unfortunately, my experience was so unsettling that I wouldn't recommend this practice to others. No patient should ever feel berated or unsafe when seeking medical care. These could be the best dentists in the world; I'm not willing to take the chance if this is what they deem acceptable for the first person who greats you as you walk in.
