His instructions to his staff including the supervisor are the same. Our concerns fell on deaf ears (e.g. starving child, diaper rashes, lack of presentations and follow-through by teachers, non-compliance with legislation and lack of a support plan) starting first week of enrollment soon after deposit and fees were paid. After multiple emails regarding concerns, a suggestion was made that the contract would be terminated if number of phone calls/emails did not reduce. There was no resolution to the concerns. We took him up on his suggestion and had to withdraw our child for safety reasons. He kept our deposit. A complaint was made to the Ministry and he was found to be non-compliant in some areas. However, there was no consequence other than a warning to him. So beware when you enroll your kids at this Montessori as we as parents have limited recourse! When I told the Director that I could share my experience with others online, he said "you can say whatever you want. We know what to say to parents when they walk in here." And he does have a very convincing marketing team comprised of all his staff leading to this confidence!
