I've been given a lopsided skinfade and when cutting the top it was a hash job, just cutting anything in any direction without thought. I would have been better doing it myself. As I noticed from the customers before me, this places puts pressure on people to give five star reviews which for a first haircut, is extremely desperate. The barber also made the price of the haircut up for the customer before me and for myself, charging us a different number to what's on the price list. Sneaky all round. If you're going to push new customers to give a five star review then put five star effort in or you'll get more reviews like this.

Tanden Barber's debit card wasn't working and all of a sudden it was my fault, I was told rudely to go to the ESSO petrol station and withdraw cash from there, even though I called before coming asking if they took card payment and I was told yes. The ATM wasn't working at the station so I had to head towards Tandem Centre and get cash from the NatWest ATM. In the meantime, I left my children at the barbers as it was raining outside, my daughter is fuming now by his rudeness and by his continuous moaning in his own language to the other barber, shaking and throwing around the cloth they wrap around a customer, the other barber wasn't responding, which was probably annoying him even more. He was very sweet, he kept apologising to my children and me. Whilst, I wasn't there, my daughter spoke up and shouted at him and he kept arguing back to her. Apparently, when I walked in with his cash he stopped arguing with her! You say your a family run business but this man will run you down with his nasty attitude. We for sure will no longer return to your shop and I will be putting this forward family and friends and put up on FB, as while this person continues to work here you'll have complaintd, which sadly, I've always read.
