They have a great hairdresser called Sam who Has sorted out my over dyed and dry barnet into something resembling a 'good look'! there is also the most wonderful beauty therapist based in a little room at the back- Jessie offers all the most upto date treatments and technical machinery, as well as threading and waxing (and yes she will do 'hollywoods'!)... but is pretty reasonable in her pricing for the area, AND she's really nice! The facilities are shabby, there is only one sink and the quality / outcome of your hair will very much depend on what mood either one of the owners are in or if they can indeed be bothered to do your hair at all! I am not sure why I kept going back, I think it was the convenience, but every time I came out I went home and re-did my hair better than either one of the 2 could have mustered. My hair was not dried properly on every occasion and they just didn't know what to do with it. They have no flair and just faff about and when they have finished they make out like it is the best thing they have ever done and I can smell insincerity a mile away. I always used to look at the other women and think that I was glad it wasn't just my hair that looked better before I came out! In short, if you want to throw away best part of £100 as you have nothing better to do with it, book an appointment here!
