The two barbers sat there eating samosas (please bare in mind it was only 9 AM so it was a bit disappointing.) After TWO HOURS of waiting we were finally called up. Being a good person I pushed my son out of the way to go first thinking that if it kicked off I'd be able to get away quickly with my trim already finished unlike my STUPID child who would only have half a haircut HAHAHAHA. The barber was very forceful with my head and I kept feeling crumbs of samosa land on my head as he cut my hair. Haircut was not very good and was over priced. I paid £50 for grade 1 all over. My son got the same for the generous price of Bipty Pee. Son was not impressed either, I can tell it was not a very good bike ride home (moaned all the way.) Cheers sons crying. Will NOT return. Went for a shave and ended up getting a cut as well. Felt like royalty afterwards (well it IS next to Windsor after all!) Was with my son, otherwise would have also taken them up on a nice cold beer or G&T that is included. Although there is a place up the road that got "hairdresser of the year"...they must be worried about being usurped and their crown being stolen by this team (ok I will stop with the terrible royalty analogies now!) Highest of recommendations.

From the start, I had a bad feeling. He asked me what I wanted doing but as I was explaining it to…read morehim, he seemed disinterested and was looking out the window! I asked him to fade the back and sides down to a grade 4 and leave the top the same length. The first thing he did was shave the whole back and sides grade 4. The next thing he did was take an inch off the top of my hair before I could stop him. I'm so annoyed because it took me about 3 months to grow my hair to that length and he just cut it off, despite being asked to leave the top alone. I probably wouldn't have minded quite so much if the haircut he decided to give me was decent but even what he did is a shoddy excuse for a haircut. I honestly think he had in his mind what he was going to do with my hair before he asked and just did it in the quickest time possible. The only time he ever spoke to me what to ask what I wanted (but didn't listen) and then asked for the money. I'd really advice avoiding this place, especially if you're male.

My toddler threw a tantrum as toddlers do but this rude staff member…read moreshouted across the room to me with blaring music in the background that she won't be cutting his hair if he's like that, must have told me that three times in a row whilst I was trying to explain that I was trying to calm him down but she never gave me the chance before interfering and humiliating me in front of people by saying she's not cutting his hair and she's not being funny but it's not fair to her other 4 customers to listen to that, giving me no choice but to leave. The other customers were old enough to have children themselves and probably understand how stressful it is dealing with a toddler tantrum. Thumbs up to that lady who thinks it's ok to talk to customers like that instead of speaking to my face politely and save the embarrassment, running a great customer focused business but one tip, put a notice on your door saying NOT CHILD FRIENDLY!

The first two times she belittled my hair style and acted like she didn't want to cut it. The third time she ignored by directions, not only cutting my hair unevenly but cutting it way too short! Never going back.
