My first interaction with W & O was in 2020. We initially thought my process to become naturalized would be easy since my mom became a citizen in 1987. Come to find out, it would become more of an involved situation. As frustrated and concerned about the whole process, JJ reassured me that everything will be ok. JJ got all my information squared away. Got all the waivers I needed to make sure the process of getting my green card would be smooth. He also was at my interview with USCIS which was comforting. It was nice to have JJ there in my corner so I wasn't alone. My interview was tough but he reassured me that I did a great job and that things were going to be ok. A few months later I officially got my green card. It's been 3 years and I can finally apply for my naturalization. It was only common sense to have JJ in my corner again. I called him up and got my agreement sent to me to get this process started. I have been in this country my whole life. My parents both screwed up and didn't put me on their paperwork. And they both didn't update my greencard. It put me in limbo for a long time but with JJ's expertise in this area, we are finally getting to the finish line with this whole mess. I had to review my return and correct some inaccuracies with numbers I provided to them. Being a bookkeeper I had all my information, data and spreadsheets ready for return preparation and provided it to their office. I did not get all my questions answered. I am not confident my return was accurately completed. After all the issues I was charged $500 for preparation of an easy return; when I was told before I even went in for the appointment that the charge would be $200-$250. I brought my concerns to the President's attention, Brad Ryan, and have not had them addressed. As a solo business owner I would not recommend using CR&C for tax preparation.
