Eric proceeded to get me a bunch of information that I already had. I told him to stop and just get me what I ask for. He then started to giving me items I already had and knew they were fraudulent. He call a title company that he picked to get the chain of title. They gave me a Title report full omission and fraudulent info. That I already had.
