Worst law firm in America, very dishonest. I gave them a simple task that the did not complete. they just to order me a changes of title on my property. Explain that was all I needed. Eric proceeded to get me a bunch of information that I already had. I told him to stop and just get me what I ask for. He then started to giving me items I already had and knew they were fraudulent. He call a title company that he picked to get the chain of title. They gave me a Title report full omission and fraudulent info. That I already had. When I explained this to Eric he became very upset and hung up. I called back and explained this to Matt happen with Eric. Matt offer to return my money. I decline. I was that upset. Matt wanted me to get with his chosen title company and work it out. I explained that was what they were getting paid for. I call that title company they told me that the would get me a guaranteed chain of title. They did but it had a bunch of fraudulent and omitted information that came from a different company. What I was doing is what I paid Taylor law to do. Matt offer to give back money. I declined. Then they went into my account and took even more money without my permission and or a itemized statement for what the charges was for. I had to fight to get back. Then Taylor law sent me bills that had amounts were differ. I am not sure this was ? they threaten me if I said any thing they would come after me for more money. They did a lot thing but none was in my interest. I am filing a complaint the bar. There was a lot more that was happen here. Taylor law is very shady. read more

I do not recommend Taylor Law. I had a very bad experience where the attorney I hired was very inexperienced and lost every attempt to defend my company. Attorney A.J. was unable to obtain discovery, had a subpoena that he said was discoverable "quashed", lost an attempt to prevent me from having to do two separate depositions (something that nobody at his firm had heard of) and relied on 11 other people (in and out of his office) to bill me for as much time as possible. My retainer for $5k was exhausted within days of my first deposit. My final bill was over $100k and I believe not only was I over-billed, but they even billed me for other peoples cases by mistake on multiple occasions. I tried to discuss these issues with the owner but he refused any attempt to reconcile, was rude, and only cares about money. I believe this to be a violation of business ethics and a lack of integrity. In the end my defense was lost by my attorney on a matter of $31k and I was awarded $80k attorneys fees for the plaintiffs for what I believe was a very strong case in defense of a construction contract. My attorney didn't even represent me and some other person who I have never spoken with M.R. Attended the hearing yet the paralegal was clueless as to any details of whether oral arguments were heard and then the owner claims he attended, but somehow M.R. Billed me for this. I believe this is neglect and malpractice, and violates my contract agreement. The end result is that I paid Taylor Law $40k to end up owing more than $170k. I would never recommend this firm to anyone and I am filing my grievance with the Idaho State Bar to discuss the issues with this company and it's over billing practices, as well as looking into disciplinary action for violating the Idaho Rules of Conduct. read more

Andrew Jenkins never fully explained his strategy, and he snapped at me when I asked questions, like I had no right to ask how my case was going. Matthew Taylor decided to drop my case after charging me thousands of dollars for a glorified secretary who did nothing but answer the phone and forward messages. read more

Do not use this law office. They will waste your money and your time. I hired them to help with my business and dealing with my previous business partner. After several months of working on my issue, my old business partner ends up in jail so these yahoo's decide to stop working on my case. They charged me over $8,000 and in the end, nothing ever got resolved. I'm back to square one with a lot less money. read more

We had such an awful experience with the first lawyer we retained that we were hesitant to contact another one, but we had too! We are so glad that we hired Taylor Law Offices and got Eric to help us! He fought for us every step of the way and it was amazing to feel that we finally had someone on our side that could do what we needed done. We don't live in the state, but our business was incorporated in Idaho and he worked the hardest to give us the best deal and advice for us. I contacted this law firm to get legal advice on a dispute. The legal assistant responded right away and was very friendly. After they assured me they handled matters like mine and set me up with one of the multiple appointment times I was offered since they didn't have a full week yet, I thought I was all set to get my concerns addressed. Two days later I get an email from their assistant saying, "I spoke with the attorney and gave him a summary of your case. Unfortunately at this time, he believes he is too busy to meet with you next week and therefore we are referring you to...". Let's just call a spade a spade shall we? I wasn't going to bring in a lot of money so I was shooed away by people who apparently couldn't be bothered to help someone that wasn't going to line their pockets. Never actually got in to see these people so good luck if you try with them. Hopefully your case will get them enough money to make you worthy of their advice and time. read more
