John Edwards and Zach Zollinger are amazing at their job and worked long and hard to fight for my injury compensation.

Attorney A.J. was unable to obtain discovery, had a subpoena that he said was discoverable "quashed", lost an attempt to prevent me from having to do two separate depositions (something that nobody at his firm had heard of) and relied on 11 other people (in and out of his office) to bill me for as much time as possible. My retainer for $5k was exhausted within days of my first deposit. My final bill was over $100k and I believe not only was I over-billed, but they even billed me for other peoples cases by mistake on multiple occasions. I tried to discuss these issues with the owner but he refused any attempt to reconcile, was rude, and only cares about money. I believe this to be a violation of business ethics and a lack of integrity. In the end my defense was lost by my attorney on a matter of $31k and I was awarded $80k attorneys fees for the plaintiffs for what I believe was a very strong case in defense of a construction contract. My attorney didn't even represent me and some other person who I have never spoken with M.R. Attended the hearing yet the paralegal was clueless as to any details of whether oral arguments were heard and then the owner claims he attended, but somehow M.R. Billed me for this. I believe this is neglect and malpractice, and violates my contract agreement. The end result is that I paid Taylor Law $40k to end up owing more than $170k. I would never recommend this firm to anyone and I am filing my grievance with the Idaho State Bar to discuss the issues with this company and it's over billing practices, as well as looking into disciplinary action for violating the Idaho Rules of Conduct.

Unreasonable Fees & 36-Day Delay to Release Lien Rating: 1 Star…read more UPDATE: I am a homeowner subject to collections by this firm, not a client. My experience involved what I believe to be predatory billing and negligence. Unreasonable Fees: They turned a ~$300 HOA balance into a total financial burden of nearly $4,000. On May 14, 2024, alone, the ledger shows they hit me with FIVE separate 'collection fees' totaling $1,296 in a single day. Fee Churning: It appears they charged me attorney fees just for calling to ask questions about my bill. I was penalized simply for trying to understand the debt. This aggression contributed to a financial crisis that forced me into bankruptcy. Negligence: Most critically, after I paid their demand in full via certified funds on November 4, 2024, they refused to release the lien on my home for 36 days (until Dec 10). Because of this laziness, my HOA continued to treat me as a delinquent neighbor and refused to speak with me for weeks after the debt was paid. They were quick to charge fees, but incredibly slow to do their job once they had my money.

I did not want to cause her to go bankrupt and I was not seeking anything other than what her insurance policy would cover, which fortunately was a lot. Paul took about his 1/3 which is what accident attorneys take and got me the maximum I could get. which was more than I anticipated from the beginning. he explained he could get more because this was a very involved and expensive case. I had a punctured lung six broken ribs, six fractured vertebrae. but he also explained hourly to go to court would be very expensive and probably couldn't get much more nor did I want to. so he and Melanie were fair and just and very communicative. but like anything, you can get bad car sales people and you can get really good ones, you can get doctors that don't pay attention to what you're saying and then you can get other ones that really care and invest in themselves into listening... my experience was Paul and Melanie invested themselves into my case and it went very well!

Couple of what I would call hiccups in the process. But, overall it went well. Emily was Amazing…read more Thank you.
