In this crazy world it is a relief to find trusted, dedicated professionals to help make life smoother. Very clear communication, highly responsive, on time. Extremely thorough and frankly went way beyond my expectations. Our house looks so much better! Very grateful for this family and their service excellence. We have asked Isabel and her team to come back in a few weeks!

Absolutely incredible. I hired Keila to do both a move in and a move out cleaning and she went…read moreabove and beyond for both. The move in cleaning was following ripping out and replacing all of the subflooring on the first floor of the house and had left a fine coating of sawdust on everything - not to mention the smell and grime that comes with purchasing a former rental. Aside from the scuffed walls (NOT Keila's fault or responsibility), you'd never have been able to tell the place was a construction zone for a month. Flawless across the board - she even moved appliances around to make sure she covered all the bases. The move out clean was similarly perfect, I still had some things in the cabinets and in a couple of rooms that I asked her just to work around as best as she could and she actually wound up making that last little part of my move EASIER with her clean. This was well beyond what I asked her to do, in the best way. All of this came at an incredibly reasonable price for what I know was seriously not a fun job on either end (especially the move out). I've already recommended Keila's services to a couple of people and will be asking her to do regular cleans when I recover from the financial hit of purchasing a house. Thank you Keila for making the awful process of moving WAY easier!

Simply the most comprehensive cleaning we have ever had from a service. Their cleaning products are very gentle but pleasant smelling. They were on time and never stopped until the project was done. Not the cheapest but great value, especially for those with exacting standards. Highly recommend!!

I booked a 2-hour deep clean as a move-in gift for my brother's new home, and it was one of the…read moremost disappointing service experiences I've ever had. In that time, they managed to clean only one bathroom, one bedroom, and make the beds. That's it. No dusting, no mopping--not even the basics I expected from a deep clean. They claimed they needed an extra 40 minutes to complete the job, which I declined because I believed two hours would be sufficient for what was requested. It's clear now that wasn't the case, but the lack of effort within the booked time was unacceptable. To make matters worse, Grace--who I believe handles customer communication--was incredibly argumentative and dismissive. There was absolutely no attempt to make the situation right or offer any kind of resolution. Zero customer service. I will not be using their services again, and I do not recommend them to others.

The office did follow up to ask for specifics and indicated that they would provide additional training to their employees. I appreciate that they reached out and want to improve, but unfortunately I still can't recommend them as especially thorough for the price.
