I was having a party and wanted to freshen up the house. Sean who is the owner/operator got back to me within 30 mins. Really nice exchange. He was able to come on the day and time I requested. No small job either. Sean arrived on time with a 20 min arrival warning text. He arrived in a beautiful truck with an impressive set of equipment. He came in, put on shoe protectors and we walked through the house. Sean is very knowledgeable in his field. Trust me ive had crappy ones. He gave me a few pointers on carpet care since i have a new puppy in the house. Sean got to work. Took a few hours to complete the job which was good considering the size of the house. When he was done it was a night and day difference. The carpets were stunning. They looked brand new. I could not have been happier. Best part was there was minimal wetness on the carpet. By the time we went to bed the carpets were dry with our ceiling fans running. House smelled fantastic too. So now a month later my little bundle of joy frenchie decided to have a piss party on the second floor. Called Sean. He was out the next day to assist. Again I couldn't be happier with his work. I forgot to mention his pricing is way more than fair. I expected to pay more than he charged and would have been happy to do so for that level of service. I messaged on Saturday via Yelp and after a first automated response was still awaiting feedback by…read moremidweek, and I already had quotes from two other businesses by that point. When I did finally receive a response, they told me to reach out directly via their website which puts into question the status of the Yelp Guarantee for going through the Projects process. This seemed to indicate to me that the text in their automated response on Yelp Projects has not been properly updated to reflect how they want potential clients to request estimates. I can appreciate they have a lot going on but if this is how they treat you when they are actively courting your business, I find it difficult to believe they would be much better once they have already secured it. FOLLOW-UP PURSUANT TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: I appreciate the nuances of the Yelp Guarantee may be open to interpretation in terms of when it applies. That said, if the business chooses to be included in Yelp Projects, they should be willing to handle requests therein or at least set up a consultation through it, otherwise the Yelp Projects $2500 guarantee may be in jeopardy. The additional response from them indicates that only a quote is required to seal the deal so to speak, but I did not receive that at the time I was asked to reach out via their website, so it is entirely possibly they would have applied this later and be within the terms of the Yelp Guarantee. I have no way to know if that would have been followed since I did not pursue further contact with them after that point, though I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they would have made good on the guarantee through the process or through their business insurance if a work quality issue has transpired. When I initially made the request I had a two week span of availability for the actual cleaning to be done (though I mentioned ideally this would be to action the following week), and only because Juliana's took 3 business days to get back to me to tell me I should reach out directly did it appear to be an "expedited request". I am glad they have so much business that they can afford responses like this and be unavailable for service but if this were the case then that would have been a benefit to know from the outset so that I could have ruled them out as a candidate immediately. Considering most folks don't have more than a few weeks between closing on a house and moving in, and I personally reached out to them a day after my closing, I do not see any path I could have taken to reach out to them sooner. Juliana's notes in their added response that I did not actually enlist their services, which is true, though Yelp policy is that a review may take place so long as there was a consumer interaction/experience, which there was in this case.

We have a long-haired German Shepherd, and his fur is always a challenge -- but after they finished, there was no trace of a dog anywhere. I was genuinely amazed. They were thorough, detail-oriented, and clearly took pride in their work. Every room felt refreshed, spotless, and thoughtfully cleaned. This was a true deep clean, not a rushed surface job. 10/10 experience -- I would absolutely request Ritzy and Sandra again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier cleaning.
