They resolved an issue with CRA about 10 years back, now Emma and Wendy flagged another irregularity, in what my securities company was doing in the charging of fees. Once I confronted my Financial advisor, he checked into it, and yes, back 18 months ago they changed how they charge for the service, however they did not delete the old format of charging, so it was in effect double charging for service. For me, the problem has now been resolved, but the financial advisor now has to check over all the other accounts to make sure they have not been affected. Keep up the great work! Emma and Wendy Gold Star to you both for catching a mistake made by a security company, that has gone unnoticed for as long as 18 months.

After the school year started, we realized she had done a caricature for every teacher at our school as well! I asked about it and it turned out that she had done individual caricatures of each teacher from their yearly staff photo and it was given to each teacher as a year end gift! How cool is that?!?! They claimed they had a scientific matchmaking system but i found I was matched with men that I specifically did not want to meet. The most ironic part of their matching system was that they "matched" me with a friend with whom there was no potential for a match - not even on paper. My last match was with a nut bar whom I thought I may have to get a restraining order against. They never offered apologies or even to look into his frightening behaviour. They also never bothered to call me back when I phoned to give them feedback on dates and matches. I have a few friends and associates that have went through Lifemates and had similar experiences. To me it felt like a money grab and once they had your money they didn't really care and they certainly never delivered. I urge anyone who is thinking of joining to go elsewhere.
