Lady is very rude and racist. As a public servant she denied me access to the facility because I was of Hispanic race but allowed my coworker of white race to do as she pleased and even allowed her to use the restroom. I'm glad I wasn't allowed due to looking around and seeing how filthy and disgusting the location is. I feel sorry for whoever needs to use this location and would advise after leaving to go to a different location to re wash their stuff in case it wasn't washed correctly. read more

My nice, somewhat expensive rugs disappeared after taking them in to be cleaned. The lady in charge handed me a bag obviously missing rugs and gave me a price. When I told her three were missing and desc them, she then told me she put them out for me to pick up and someone must have taken them, leaving the other four for some reason. read more

The manager went to the back to get my rugs, handed the bag to me and told me the charge. I noticed the three nice, big, more expensive rugs were missing. She told me she laid them out for me to pick up earlier in the week (and then she obviously left the laundromat with them out) and told me someone must have taken them and it was my fault. She then proceeded to give me two different stories about not keeping them in back until I came in. She refused to give me the contact information so I could make a complaint. read more

FECAL MATTER i don't even know where to start....this laundry mat ruined a $200 comforter because there was fecal matter dried into the corner crevice of the dryer drum. The manager was very hostile and accusatory in response after picking it off with her hands and throwing it in the trash (DID NOT SANITIZE MACHINE). She said we were the ones who brought it in, they can't make sure everything is clean and that we could use another washer and dryer in her dirty laundry mat and just walked off in the middle of the conversation. She said to not tell anyone, so naturally, I hope everyone is aware of how vile this place is. Should have read the reviews before coming! Machines stopped taking quarters half way through, we called manager because there is NO one on sight to help at all, and we're told that "Oh your new here and don't know how to put quarters in the machine". I can understand not wanting to come to your establishment at night and help paying customers... i guess, but to tell us we don't know how to insert a quarter into a quarter sized slot machine is absolutely disrespectful, just admit y'all have shitty machines so people don't waste their time and money. read more

Just to preface, I came here because my washing machine was broken so I'm not really sure of the true costs of doing laundry at a laundromat. However, save your money. This place costs $2.75 per load of laundry and the machines honestly don't do a great job. The dryers cannot withstand a basic load of laundry and needed to be re-dried for about an hour and ten minutes per load. A quarter in the dryer will give you 7 minutes. For 5 loads of laundry, I ended up spending nearly $30. I at least had clean clothes after, so that's a plus. read more

When stuck at a laundromat where the staff is kind & helpful, it's cool in the summer & comfortable in the winter, they have change machines, detergent, bleach & fabric softener machines, plenty of washing machines to wash all your laundry in just 30 minutes & plenty of large dryers to dry it all in 30 minutes! Provide extra large washers for oversized comforters, etc. & rolling carts to get your clean clothes in & out of the dryers, with plenty of room to fold & hang your clothing! They also provide snack & drink machines, a clean restroom, plenty of seating & big flat screen TV's to pass the time or magazines to read. What more could you ask of a clean laundromat with all the perks & being reasonably priced. read more

Not a place I recommend going to! I came to this laundromat because it was close by however nothing was convenient at all! I went to put money in a washer and it ate my money without starting. No sign was put up that the washer was out of order. The manager was not on site at the time, as there was a note on the desk to call her. So I called and she said she would be back in 20 minutes. 45+ minutes later she finally shows up and gives me hassle about how I should have known better. I asked why there's no out of order sign and she said "it falls off". The manager was hesitating to give me my money back. The place is dirty, the bathrooms are extremely disappointing, this place is a dump! read more

Best laundromat in Edmond. You can't beat an air conditioned building with free wi-fi, tv and brand new washers and dryers. This place is clean and that is a must when you have no other option but to hang around until your laundry is done. I think this place will do great bring right next to UCO also. read more
