I waited for the refund, after two weeks nothing. I chased them up and was told had to "pop in for refund" of course that is not possible given the distance. I was told no other way, REALLY????? they then accused me of being rude when I pushed it. They then said they told me at the time would have to claim refund at bar... If that had been said, I would not have left bar with out the refund. I contested this and the lied and said that they listened to CCTV and they confirmed it was said.
