I received an edible arrangement for my recent birthday since I wasn't too keen on getting a cake this year as they are too heavy in texture. My parents ordered my sister and I a bouquet of fruits. The fruits were very tasty, refreshing, and lightly sweet. My favorite was the melon shaped as flowers with the pollen imitating the pineapple. The melons were subtly sweet and soft. The pineapple was delicious! After I completed the bouquet, to my surprise, the bottom part is stuffed with iceberg lettuce. The lettuce was crunchy and refreshing. The whole arrangement was fresh. I didn't see any wilted or old fruit/vegetable. read more

My sweet boyfriend ordered a Be Mine Bouquet for me for Valentine's Day this year. Unfortunately, almost all of the strawberries and especially the chocolate dipped ones were overrip and mushy. You could already tell by looking that they were turning bad on the edges under the chocolate and it makes me hesitant to bite into them. The strawberries weren't fresh. It would've been better had they been underripe instead. I ended up throwing out most of them within 24 hours of receiving this. The grapes were mushy as well. The pineapple and chocolate hearts tasted fine but I expected much better quality considering the price and it had been made on Valentine's Day to order and picked up on time. read more

I always choose this location when it comes to gifting fruit baskets to folks in the Southeast Houston area. Unlike the 1-800 number, I had someone answer the local store phone number instantly. Recently, I ordered the "Happy Birthday Fruit And Dessert Platter" for a non-birthday related celebration. I kindly asked them to expedite the delivery and to remove any mention of birthday and they easily accommodated my requests without any extra fees or issues. Working with them was a breeze. I will happily continue to give them my business. read more

Lol worse edible arrangements i have ever ordered! If y'all don't know what you're doing then Say That. Ordered an arrangement for my wife's birthday and they delivered some weird dipped pineapple unicorn concoction. Spent an additional 15 dollars on balloons and didn't get that. You made my arrangement look like you ran out of the Actual fruits on the picture. It looked so cheap. Chopped oranges and melon. Nothing from the picture. It was a damn mess. Never had this problem in CA. TX def gave them a bad name. Will be disputing with my bank. It was a hack job. Never seen anything like it. She didn't even know it was a unicorn till i told her. Please don't spend your money here because they playin in y'all food. read more

Edible Arrangements is a new fave of mine for getting gifts for family and friends. I think their items are such a cute option instead of the usual flowers for any occasion. Also, they're delicious and healthy. Too bad this place is really pricey though! I just spent about $73 for an anniversary bouquet of fruit for my parents, but don't tell them I said that. Here's a breakdown of that price: $47 V-Day Delicious Celebration bouquet, size small (pineapple, grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew) $12 all strawberries dipped in semi-sweet chocolate ($6 for half of them dipped) $12 delivery (varies by location) -$4 coupon My dad said they delivered around 5:30pm and that he and my mom just wanted to stare at their cute gift for a long time before they ate their fresh and delicious fruits. They have a catalog in the store and a small fridge with a few already-made bouquets (some were $35) to give you an idea of the size and appearance. I saw a variety of items that had pineapple slices carved into flowers, hearts, or numbers. You can choose to have a few or all your fruits dipped in semi-sweet chocolate. Their fridge had a few "lollipops" for sale ($3.95/ea), which were a pineapple flower on a stick. Some newer items that are now available: fruit salad - $2.95, berry rose pops - $3, and chocolate bark - $2.50. Size options for most bouquets are small, regular, or large. The arrangements are usually placed in a basket, pail, vase, or mug (or at least those were the options I saw). Boxed gifts are available of the chocolate-dipped fruit. They also have balloons, teddy bears, cards, and other knick-knacks. They take down a cell phone number of the recipient just in case they're not home during the delivery. If a recipient can't be reached, they'll leave a note on the door. I'm going back for their January special, which is box of a dozen chocolate-dipped fruits (bananas, strawberries, apples, pineapples, oranges) for $10 (regular price is $25). Definitely check out the place if you haven't and ask for a sample! read more

These 5 star reviews must be paid for. Placed an order for same day and paid the extra cash. Showed that it was Out for Delivery within a few hours... the day passes. Its still out for delivery. another day passes. its still out for delivery. Call the store of course no answer. Call edible arrangements direct for customer service.. of course no answer. Call to place a new order immediately get connected. This location and the company as a whole are a joke. Save your money go else where. read more

I placed a order and it was supposed to be same day. It was not delivered same day. It currently says it's out for delivery but have not received anything. I have called multiple times and left voicemails and have not heard anything back. Never order from here. read more

Ordered a gift Pick Up early morning. Not done, called the next morning, the excuse, the order was missed by some computer bs. Anyway, talked to someone the next day, she was apologetic. Fine I get it but my daughter picked up a limp watery arrangement, not mention no cupcakes or teddy bear. Not Happy. read more

I ordered a birthday arrangement for my wife at 9 o'clock in the morning I've talked to the store twice finally got an answer that it will be delivered between three and four because the driver was in league city to deliver when I am five minutes from the store on Barringer Lane they go to league city first and make me the last stop coming back it is unacceptable and that is the stupidest way to deliver anything. I understand the pandemic of the COVID-19 I am not having a guaranteed time but when a delivery location is five minutes from the store should be one of your first stops headed towards league city rather than last. read more

They never showed up with the delivery. I'm so mad. Terrible. Wish I had read reviews first.

Delicious arrangements but they don't answer the phone. Called several times and waited through recording and was on hold for very long periods. If the local personnel are busy with customers because they work alone a call center for orders might be good. read more

I ordered in the morning to have a fruit arrangement delivered to my sister for her birthday. It shows as "out for delivery" all day but nothing showed up. It's 9:30 pm now and still nothing. If they can't fulfill same day orders then they should just say that. I'm going to contact the company for a refund. read more

We have ordered and had delivered several arrangements and have always had excellent delivery of excellent products. We enjoy the chocolate covered fruit arrangements and also the special treats that can be ordered either at the store or online. I ordered an arrangement on yesterday for my co-worker that is in the hospital and the arrangement was supposed to be delivered yesterday but when I called her to inquire if she received it she said that she did not, so I called them and have not received an answer. I waited until they opened this morning at 9 and still no answer I am not very happy and will not be ordering anything else from them. I need a corporate number to complain as I don't have money to throw away. They get no stars but since I had to select one in order to get my review posted. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star! I placed an order to be delivered on Oct. 15th for my friends's birthday and paid for the delivery. My friend never received it. When I called the next day to find out what happened, the girl said they tried to deliver it and left a message with my friend to schedule the delivery. This was a lie. It did not happen! My friend's cameras showed no one even attempted to deliver it. She also received no call or message. I called back again and was told I could go pick it up! I said no, I paid for delivery! I and asked to speak with the manager and left my name. I also asked for a refund. It is now over a week and I have not heard from the manager nor have I received my refund. Do not use this location! read more

My experience with the Edible Arrangements in Webster, Tx was HORRIBLE!! The mistakes on my order were never-ending. When called on the problems the branch manager and the Corporate Office could DO NOTHING but pass the blame. I ordered from them based on there reputation, obviously something has changed. It was the poorest example of communication, customer service, and business that I have ever experienced. read more

Quick, easy and fun alternative to regular arrangements, although like other reviewers stated, the customer service is just...off. When I first walked in, I had to wait about ten minutes before anyone even came to talk to me. The girl working had just come from next door to get breakfast or lunch. It seemed strange to leave the shop completely unattended that way. Isn't there a lunch break? I had something in mind - chocolate covered strawberries and pineapple - but nothing more specific. I thought she'd tell me some of my options, explain what people often order, or something. She just asked, "box or arrangement?" I said box, unsure of my options really. She tapped on the computer for a while, told me how much it would be. It was easy. Maybe too easy. It seemed like they had a big catalog. I guess since I'm spending $35-70 on an arrangement, I'd like to sample what some taste like, see photos, how to customize. It felt lacking in a personal experience. It's pricey, but hey cut out fruit dipped in chocolate always is. They had it done in about 10 minutes and offered me a sample after I ordered. The fruit was fresh, cold and delicious. The chocolate was overly sweet IMO and not gourmet or anything. So it's average. You get what you get and nothing more. Could use improvement but no major complaint. read more

I have had issues with this location multiple times including wrong deliveries, no show deliveries and issues with refunds. They kept my 4 year old daughter waiting for her birthday surprise all day long when I arrived to pick it up after they failed to deliver it in a timely manner I was told they did not have a "plush" toy that I also put on the order which I believe I should have been told at 7:30 in the morning when I made the order. Hands down the worst edible arrangements I have ever used I do not recommend using this location at all. read more

I ordered these in the morning and they got to my husbands work by the afternoon. Super quick! Thank you! :)

Horrible service. Arrangement not delivered as agreed. Even went to the store to pick up the arrangement and was told it had been sent out for delivery 5 hours prior to closing. After calling several times I was told each time it would be delivered today and now of course they are closed and saying they can deliver it tomorrow. Wish I could enter zero stars. A complaint with the BBB is being filed next as apparently they have an issue with delivering services that are paid for. Crooks! It is the next day and of course no delivery. After calling the store I was told that she attempted to call me but my phone was off....???? I was given the option to pick up my order on Monday however NO REFUND would be given on the delivery because according to her the driver couldn't find my apartment because the complex is too large. A bunch of bull at it's best. read more

Great gift for my mom's birthday. I just wish prices were a tad more affordable.

I called in an order for pickup the next morning and it was put together perfectly and on time. Edible Arrangements made it incredibly easy to say "Thank You!" to our fruit-loving coworker. read more

Never thorough on representation and never assuring all fruits are fresh. It seems like as long as it's not fully rotten, it's good enough since the chocolate will cover the impurities. And it doesn't seem the store is very organized or managed very well. If it were up to me, I'd want to make sure all everything comes out with high quality and fresh. Why spend so much money on fruit that not is made with quality? My boyfriend got me a bouquet for Valentine's Day. I was thankful he thought of me. We were both upset it wasn't as good as it should be for $65... read more

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have ordered from this location twice and BOTH times my orders were day's late and I was offered no apology or reason besides having incompetent drivers. I will NEVER order from this store again and whoever is running this place needs to wake up and actually deliver these overpriced fruit baskets to paying customers. I will make sure to warn anyone I can about this unprofessional establishment. read more

This is a very poorly managed store. I order an arrangement for Valentine's Day and was surprised when it wasn't delivered by 4 PM. When I called the store and inquired about a delivery time the clerk on the phone was very short stating, "We haven't even started the home deliveries yet." After pressing her for an approximate time she responded, "Our policy is that we deliver until 9 PM. I can not guess when or if it will make it to you." After it was not delivered I called the store in the morning and the manager said that there were many homes that did not get delivery and that she would try to get it out today. TRY? Are you kidding me? Long story short the arrangement was delivered at 10:15 PM on 2/15. There was no apology or offer for a discount. There are other franchises serving SE Houston and the burbs. Please avoid this one. They don't deserve your business. read more

I'm from Arizona and was flying into Houston for a New Year's business party. I didn't have time to prepare anything to bring so Thank goodness that morning even before they opened, I put my order in for an arrangement. Sent a request at 8am...it was delivered by 12pm safe and sound to the party that started at 7pm. The delivery driver Francisco Peña made all the difference in this transaction. He had called me immediately to discuss what he should do since no one was answering the door for him and we came up with a solution that worked out. I was pleased with the professional input and respectful service I received from Francisco. I will become a loyal customer because of his service he provided. Thank you for the easiest transaction. read more

This place is a scam. Delivery was never made and I can not get in touch with anyone to request a refund. BEWARE!

I sent the arrangement for a get well gift and they LOVED it! It was beautiful and delicious!!

Absolutely awesome experience. First of all, when we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly smiling employee. The location was very clean. She even offered free samples to taste. OMG! Who would refuse chocolate covered fruit? We were given a whole rundown of what options we had to choose, while we were there. They even offered to take phone orders in the future for on the go pick ups. The price was reasonable and the presentation was beautiful. They also had fruit smoothies:) When we tasted the fruit and the chocolate, it was very fresh and sweet. I will definitely continue to go there when I need a delicious bouquet or snack. read more

Thanks for ruining my Valentine's Day edible arrangements! They never delivered or called to apologize we had to call and ask what happened two days after Valentine's Day and they wouldn't answer the phone. Some girl finally called and said it would be delivered before 4:00 when my office closed and that we would also receive a full refund, which I think is satisfactory after the arrangement was never delivered and no one called us. Well 4:00 comes around and my arrangement never came so I call back and another woman said that I would be receiving a refund only but not my arrangement. Okay... just two hours ago it was a different story is what I told her. All she said was sorry for the inconvenience. You ruined Valentine's Day for so many people and continued to ruin it even after the fact. I think I should have absolutely received the refund and my arrangement for all the trouble. My company orders from this edible arrangements often and they will now lose their business as well. read more
