It was delivered by 1:00 and was VERY gorgeous! Two red cyclamen plants in a bark basket. My friend sent me a photo, and they were much larger than I expected -- really healthy and lovely, in full bloom, in the cutest 'bark' basket. The woman who assisted me, Patty, was SOOOOO helpful!!! I wasn't sure what I wanted, and am on budget (because I too, will be traveling to this out-of-town wedding). Patty helped me out, with the perfect flower and budget suggestion! I called another florist before Angeline's, and they were helpful, but could not meet my budget guidelines. When I told her I wanted her to pick up the arrangement and credit my account she said ok. She never picked up the piece nor did she credit my account. This is not the first time members of my family had issues with Gennarelli's Flower Shop but it is the last time the family does business with them.

Even though they are based in Vestal, they have a very wide service area. They do work for us in Painted Post and Big Flats. I highly recommend!

With that recommendation in mind, my mother and I stopped by to see the shop when we were wandering through Owego to do a bit of shopping. We were delighted by the selections in this cute confectionery shop - and besides jars of my peanut butter and a couple selections of fudge, we also bought cheese, peanut brittle, and various jarred, pickled items. I'm much more a fan of savory vs. sweet, so it was nice to find selections that covered all kinds of tastes. The man tending the counter was an absolute sweetheart and offered to let us try samples of the fudge flavors before we made our selections. He was very courteous when assisting others in the store as well. My colleague also mentions this place has things like SO MANY basket options for the Easter holiday. It seems like they really prepare for the various holidays throughout the year + want to ensure they offer quality product.
