BEWARE OF ICECREAM!!…read more We were enjoying the day with family, walking around the cute area and going in shops and eating, etc. We had just left a restaurant across the street where we ate lunch and had gotten some icecream from there. We were going into more stores to continue shopping after eating and had our icecream in hand.... This was the first store we were going in and before my sister & niece could even step foot on the patio the woman behind the counter SCREAMED at them to not come inside with icecream. She said they had issues with kids and icecream in the past and they didn't want a mess. Understandable - this is your business and you can run it how you please. If you don't want outside food coming in, that's fine. What is NOT fine or understandable, however, is how you can be so classless and aloof that you then continue to talk crap about the customers you rudely yelled at to not come in your store (after they complied, without ANY complaint, comment, or so much as an eye roll, might I add) as the rest of their family is in your store trying to shop! I PERSONALLY listened to the two women behind the counter talk about my niece & my sister and their forbidden icecream the ENTIRE TIME I was trying to shop in the store. It took everything in me to bite my tongue and not address you directly - I did not want to escalate the situation in front of my niece, but if you read this please know I did NOT appreciate it and I think you lack decorum. You were rude and demeaning. Please learn a more respectful way to express your restrictions to your customer - something that is more closely aligned with the reaction you'd expect from a successful business owner rather than a teenage girl. If your store is going to be across the street from a popular ice cream shop, maybe you should take the initiative to print out that no ice cream sign you ranted about for 10 minutes. God bless! :)

Dear Five Below Team,…read more I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your Houston location and recognize one of your outstanding managers, Tonya Alexander. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and inviting the store was. Everything was neatly displayed, making it easy and enjoyable to shop. What truly stood out, however, was Tonya's exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to help me locate the squishies/toys I was looking for and did so with such warmth, patience, and kindness. She made sure I was taken care of and never once made me feel rushed. Tonya represents your brand in the best way possible. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness turned a simple shopping trip into a memorable experience. Please extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to her. She is truly an asset to your team. What's not to love having Italian ice combined with soft serve. Something about those small flavored ice crystals and the creamy soft serve. I opted for the spicy mango as I used to be a lover of Mangonadas and boy does this combo deliver with the added tajin for spice and chamoy for that sweet finish. I probably could have opted for the mini size as a small is a very generous portion. Customer service was stellar, we were offered samples upon entry which helped my daughter find her winning combo of the visit. The store was very clean having 5 table tops inside and a couple benches outside if you stayed to enjoy your treat on premises. I also saw connect 4 and corn hole outside for patrons to enjoy. Unasked for advice if your just in need of soft serve I'd say your missing out and perhaps forgo this shop, not because their soft serve is not good but your only getting half the experience. Also connect to Jeremiah's J-list for every 50 pts earned is a medium and easily a shareable treat if you and your "sharee" are willing to compromise on combinations.
