Update from 5 to 1 star I used to love this store and Had it highly rated as we order often from it. Recently got several things from my boss for losing our grandfather. The tray of strawberries were still dirty you can taste the dirt and were so off the chocolate had separated from some of them. I called to let the store know so they check their batch and told them I didn't need a replacement nor credit, Karina says prove it and we're so rude. Consider our circumstances!!! Companies pay to get feedback so take it or leave it. We tossed a tray full of strawberries in the trash because the few people that tried them tossed them and noticed the issue. as been a great experience thus far. However, this location was on the edible arrangement site and my experience was unacceptable and completely inconvenient. I ordered the summer fruit platter displayed in the picture and received dipped fruit, cookies and muffins which is completely inaccurate with what was ordered. I also received an email claiming it was delivered that was false. Called customer service and was told the manager returns on Tuesday and will follow up with me but that wasn't acceptable. Also informed the credit difference was $3 which was actually $12 by calculation. I drove to the location and waited 30 minutes for my order to be corrected. For the inconvenience, I can only assume, I was given back the incorrect order to keep in addition to what I ordered and pre paid for. This location will not have my return business . read more

I was weary after ordering and seeing all the negative reviews, however today (my scheduled delivery date) order WAS delivered and there were no issues whatsoever. I even called prior bc I wanted to make sure that if my neighbors weren't home to answer that they would call me and give me the order. The woman I spoke with this morning was very kind and reassuring that someone would reach out to me prior to leaving the area bc they do not like returning orders back to the store (makes sense to me). This people are so irresponsible and don't really care about anyone's time. Placed an order for pick up the day which was set at 9:00am, I got to the shop at 9:15am and when I asked for my order they just looked at me with a straight face and said ohh no we don't have it, it's not ready, it's only 9:15 and this is when we clock in. This should be something to keep in mind if you are giving costumers a pick up time, or change your pick up and opening schedule to one when employees are actually fully set to work. I have been a longtime customer of edible arrangements, for over 10 years. I decided to try this location since it was closest to my delivery location. Huge mistake! They never delivered even though I placed the order almost a week in advance. When I called the next day they lied about calling me and no one answering the door. I was home all day and no phone call. They didn't even try to remedy the issue. Pretty sure this was the worst customer experience I have ever received. I ordered for same-day delivery, the gift was not delivered. They stated that they called to inform me but I did not answer. I asked why there was no voicemail. They stated my voicemail was full - I just checked and it is not. They refunded my delivery fee - nice. If I could give this location a 0, I would. Awful service, the delivery driver (which you pay almost $20 for) did not deliver my order. Someone did answer the door, but somehow the delivery was not made. When trying to contact the store location, nobody answered. For 3 days. When I finally did get a response, they were unhelpful and tried to save face by telling me not to give a bad review. Poor service = poor review. They refunded my order, but especially if you want to surprise a loved one, do not order from here. Made the mistake of ordering from here a few days before mother's day. I understand it is a busy day for business like these but there has to be some kind of customer service. I only gave this place a 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Placed order 2 days in advance to receive the order 9pm on Valentine's Day. Employees running the place tell you anything so you leave when voicing your concerns to them. Why make an order early if it's barely going to make it in the promises scheduled time/day? My delivery never arrived! We called the store multiple times and no answer. The next morning we got a call and told that the delivery driver was in an accident and unable to make the delivery. I was asked to come pick up the order (Sunday) or have it delivered on Monday. The delivery was scheduled for SATURDAY because that's the day my mother would be home all day. I made sure my mother stayed home so that she got her delivery and it NEVER came. I was offered 20% my next order. I went in person to speak and the employee offered me a refund plus the items. Once I left I got a call stating that the manager said because of how I came in a refund would not be given. I will never again use this company. The worse customer experience ever!!
