If you knew me, you know the chokehold Edible Arrangements has on my emotions. The fruit/chocolate covered fruit brings me tears everytime. Laugh if you will ( I would), but it's my kryponite. The stomach bug took hold of our home this week. As per mom life, I was the barrier of all things gross. I hardly slept and had to hold back my own internal . Now if you know my parents, they are the sweetest humans to exist. It's like having Mother Theresa as parents. That being said, they ordered me the biggest Edible Arrangement to keep my spirits high. Assuming correctly, I cried ‍ The arrangement was fantastic, but the chocolate covered strawberries were on the yuck side. Wanting to give the company a heads up, I called to let them know how beautiful the arrangement was but unfortunately partially rotten. And then Ms. Whitney from Edible Arrangements did the sweetest possible thing she could think of; she sent a driver to deliver me a dozen chocolate covered get well soon strawberries and balloon. The thoughtfulness, the above and beyond for someone she chatted with on phone, was overwhelming kind. I hope Ms. Whitney gets a billion dollar raise and more importantly, I hope her company recognizes the true asset she is to them. Ms. Whitney- thank you for loving a stranger and going overboard with your sincerity. Edible Arrangements... I hope you give this employee everything good that she deserves- best costumer service I've ever received! read more

I am in Pa and needed a next day Father's Day gift for someone in Ca. Edible Arrangements was not only a savior, but the people at the Newport Beach area store in Ca were so friendly and nice. I called them to see if my ordere had gone out for delivery yet, and they said it was ready and waiting. I said that I now wish I had added some chocolate berries to the fruit bouquet I had ordered and I felt i was asking a lot since I knew they must have been super busy. They really went above and beyond! My family sent me a photo of their fruit bouquet that was as impressively beautiful as it was delish - and the chocolate berries were perfectly dispersed throught!! Will order again for sure read more

Do I begin with the horrible customer service at the store who just wanted to argue after explaining the delivery was botched as there was no card for the recipient to find, the tray was broken, and it didn't even look like the photo. horrible experience and I would never waste my money here again. Would love to post the card but again, and as much as the store associate assured me the address is on the card so it's needed, it was not there and the recipient had no clue who had sent it. Poor customer service paired with poor products. Save your money and time! read more

very bad experience. attempted one delivery and would not leave the order, redeliver and refused to refund order. Was paid to deliver on a specific day and could not do that either. From looking at all the other reviews and the discourteous front desk person, they do not care about the customer at all. Do not do business with these people. I would rate them lower if possible. read more

I recently placed an order in Media PA. I was truly impressed with the Customer Service I received by Jerry. I've used this store many times in the past and have been pleased for the most part. But Jerry's Customer Service today added value the the buying experience more than ever. He demonstrates communication and delivery skills that every Customer Service individual should aspire to. He is a keeper and I hope he is acknowledged as such by the store Owner. read more

Using this location of edible arrangements for many years now. Whether its been for congratulations, sympathy, graduations, birthdays they have always done a fabulous job for me. Over the years, I've just popped in and grabbed an arrangement that was already made up and that's always a big hit when I deliver the arrangements to friends. Sometimes i grab a small arrangement for moi. They do a really good job customizing arrangements when requested. The fruit is always sweet and tasty. Keeping my fingers crossed I get one for Mother's Day this year. :-) read more

This was awful and a total waste of money! For $80 we get this dull platter. It was completely unimpressive and it was not even edible as it tasted horrible. I'm so so disappointed that I purchased this. I was looking forward to this being a nice surprise for my husband. read more

I order from Edible Arrangements 3 times. 2 in Woodbridge, VA AND1 in San Antonio, TX. The very first was great, came on time. No problem at all. The second just before mother's day, not so good. I went to pick it up on Friday and they didn't had the roses that supposed to go with that. Also they have them in hiper freezer or something like that. So they gave me something to filled up my bouquet telling me to put it in ice for 2 days. Mother's day came my wife was happy but the roses lasts only couple of days. The third order was online also for my daughter's graduation. They never leave the days it supposed to be. Went one day after and only leave the strawberries but not the flowers. After calling the Sam Antonio store finally get in touch with the manager. She told can refund just st the roses or send another bouguet and a dozen of strawberries ( first time were only 6) I agreed for the resend but after talking with my daughter she received a 12 of variety of fruit and no 12 strawberries. So for my this was like a lottery. I just won the first time. The other two not so good. So my advice, check first. read more

I got a text at 11:30 that it would be there shortly 2:30. It's still not there and they say there are four arrangements ahead of hers. Manager couldn't say when it would arrive so I called customer complaint. They said that it's their policy so I wanted to put in a formal complaint. They claim they don't do that. How many hours is she supposed to wait? This is no way to run a business it is unacceptable. read more

Tried for 2 weeks to order and couldn't get anything added to the cart. Called the store in Melbourne, FL to try to order on the phone. Got the machine a few times but no one ever called back. Had to drive into Orlando to get this order. read more

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and chocolate covered fruit/cakes to send to my mother on her retirement day. I ordered them a WEEK in advance and paid $25 in shipping to ensure they were delivered on her final day of work as a congratulations. The order was delivered FOUR days LATE!!! Needless to say she no longer works there, so she had to make a special trip in to the office to pick up the wilted flours, and spoiled fruit that smelled so horrible she could hardly open the box. To top it all off, they were strawberries instead of the pineapple that was supposed to be included. The absolute WORST service ever. I would NEVER depend on this company to deliver a gift for a special occasion again. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE. read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. This company is the worst ever. I am telling you DO NOT order from them. This is the second time my husband has order me a gift from them, to receive NOTHING. No phone call, NOTHING. I called and spoke to the manager all she said is that they didnt have enough drivers. WTH, it Valentines Day and as a manager you are to plan for the need. Well she didnt and chose to let down many customers. She said, I am sorry but you were not the only one. So I guess that makes it right. I am currenlty on hold with corporate waiting to get a hold of someone to file a complaint. Not to mention I will be reaching out to the Owner on LinkedIn. I ordered an edible arrangement for my friends birthday, it come out beautiful and delicious. I saw online that you could also just stop at the store and buy fruit treats on-the-go! I couldn't wait to have some covered cover strawberries& bananas for lunch. I went there and didn't see any fruit dipped in chocolate. I asked and she just got finish dipping strawberries but they didn't have any bananas ! Bummer! So I placed the order for 6 strawberries and a parfait. $25.99! She made the parfait without any granola (handed me 3oz container of granola on my way out). I have been receiving arrangements from them for years, most recently this past Mother's Day. It's ironic that I always find the fruit INedible. Their cantelope and honeydew is ALWAYS crunchy and flavorless, they don't core the pineapple and the strawberries are mushy at best. As these are always gifts, I feel bad complaining but honestly when these arrangements show I roll my eyes and try my best to give it away, usually to no avail. I guess everyone else knows how terrible the fruit is. read more

Don't waste your money.... F*cked up a Mothers Day delivery. Want a refund, not paying for something I didn't order, instead a credit was issued for the difference. Contacted HQ who said I would hear from the store in 48 hours that was 5 days ago. Have heard nothing. read more

No issues with the Media "martini glass" bouquet delivered locally for a party and it arrived fresh and on time. My 9 year old & I stopped by the store - because we had never been inside and the nice lady GAVE us each a free chocolate-covered strawberry. Made our day! Placed an order online for my dad's birthday. Wanted to confirm because he lives in assisted living facility and they have tight rules.. Manager was rude, unprofessional and uncaring. Cancelled my order solely because I asked if the order could be made the day before so someone could pick it up. During this pandemic when so many people and businesses are out of work, I would think they would be a little more accommodating. Total rude jerk. I would not patronize this business. Ordered an arrangement for my father since I was away on a trip. Everything turned out great. My dad enjoyed them. Only complaint is that I listed my sister as the pick up person since I was in New Orleans. The website had no mention of this location operating out of the Drexel hill office. The location called my phone twice to inform me of the change. My sister was never contacted. Luckily I checked my phone & was able to get in touch with my sister.
