I've used this company many times before. Ordered online for a delivery got a friend in Hawaii. First they impose a service state tax of 20+% and there's nothing to be done about it however if you want a $100 basket sent with fees and taxes and delivery you're nearing a $140 which is a significant amount in fees. Again, it is what it is... but the website was glitching. A email coupon discount was offered but not applicable on anything I wanted , and further more many items I wanted as first or second choice weren't even available in that location. Web designers... do us all a favor and start the shopping experience with the delivery zip code, then you're only looking at items available to ship to that destination. I feel like this is retail 101 stuff. After multiple tries online, I call the local store. Equally as frustrating. Following day, I start early, knowing this isn't a simple click and pay transaction. I literally took an item I didn't even like just to get it done within my budget using the code. Shipping was supposed to be included complimentary with the code... I still got charged. Shipping, fees, taxes all in... nearly $100 for a plate a lot of grapes, a couple dipped strawberries, slices pineapple and a cupcake. Felt and looked very underwhelming. read more

I needed chocolate strawberries last minute and they were able to accommodate me quickly. The girl who helped me was friendly and helpful.

I put in an order for my office and my meeting and when I called to confirm my order was pretty disappointed that the girl said there is no delivery schedule and the order might come around the afternoon to 3 O'clock time. I stated that I need it for the morning and not in the afternnon. I told her if it cannot be delivered by lunch then I want the order cancelled. There's no sense in getting a fruit gift in the afternoon. Well, considering that the Kaneohe store opened at nine and the orders arrived at work an hour after that was pretty amazing. I always order from this location because it's convenient and their service is really good. The workers are so friendly and always greet you when you enter. They have great refreshing treats and drinks. I ordered an arrangement to have it delivered and apparently one of the balloons popped when the driver was taking it out of the van. They called to notify me of what happened and they lady I spoke with offered me a refund for it. Luckily I work in the shopping center so I went to pick up another balloon from them that they had ready for me and she ended up giving me a complimentary box of dipped fruits for the inconvenience! They went above and beyond to ensure delivery. Also, when an item was out of stock, they have called me to offer alternatives of my choosing to make certain I'm happy worh the substitutions. I wish I had a better experience to write about with this store but despite the fruits being amazing and tasty, the pickup procedure and customer service could be better. Last year for Valentine's day, someone on the mainland ordered me a gift and they were unable to deliver it to me so I had to pick it up in store. I really wanted to keep it a surprise until I actually opened the bag, you know, like an actual gift... So the problem is: they have no procedure for anyone picking up that happens to be the giftee? I mean I would think this is standard, even if there doesn't happen to be very many giftees coming in, *because* of the very fact that they don't deliver everywhere! They're bound to have giftees that will need to come to the store! My s/o indicated that it was a gift, he put my name in the dedication and the "to" part and my name as the pickup. So what should've happened was they just hand me the bag and have me sign for it, done, discreet, don't reveal the contents! NOT what happened! I came in and I gave my name and waited for them to retrieve the gift and for some reason the lady told me what it was. She seemed kinda grumpy too but in any case, she said "oh, it's gonna be this set and a balloon." It was..... really anti-climactic and ruined the entire feel of the gift. You don't deliver it and tell the person what's all in the package, why should you do it for someone who picks it up in the store? I was so mad. I actually wish he had argued for his money back for ruining my Valentine's gift but he wouldn't. In any case, if you order for someone else, make sure the store can actually deliver to that person. You choose what bouquet you want (they can be sorted either by event, product, or recipient), put the address of the recipient, and then pay! It's so easy and convenient but still has great meaning behind it. The process is so quick, too! We received a generous edible arrangement from our neighbor as a New Years gift. It was delicious and beautiful. The disappointment came when we were done with it. We were left with a reusable metal pail, a large plastic bag, a cardboard box, about 4 feet of foam, the kind they make the swimming/pool noodles out of and 100 plastic skewers. The pail we will use for something, the bag will be reused, the cardboard box will be recycled, but the skewers and foam are just disposables. This a lot of non recyclable trash for each basket. The company has got to get innovative and be better stewards of our planet. I don't know the answer but I won't be sending anyone one of these baskets until Edible Arrangements figures it out. read more

I placed an order online and of the stores in the area, I randomly chose the Kaneohe location to fill the order. I was able to place an order, pick the arrangement and date of delivery. After placing my order, I received a call from the store because there was a problem. Mangos were apart of the arrangement and a woman called and said the mangos would be out of season by the date of delivery and recommended the removal as it would not be as fresh. Nice, right? So we went over other options to replace the mangos and the lady tried to find an option that was equal or close to the amount of my original purchase. She was very helpful. The recipient received the arrangement on the day we chose, wrapped in cellophane, fresh and tasty. My boyfriend always surprises me with an arrangement from this location and the experience we've had is so easy and excellent. Arrangements are always amazing and delicious and delivered promptly. There was one time that no one was home at my house to receive the arrangement so they had arranged to have it delivered to my job. If I could have given this place less than a one star review, I would have. The driver called in promising a delivery time of 10:34 but at 11:00 he still wasn't here. When I called him, he promised to be there at 11:15 but at 11:25 he still wasn't there. I called the store to ask about the status of the delivery and the employee who picked up, Panda Yi (yes that's her name) was rude and didn't care a bit. She essentially told me their store does not do timed deliveries and therefore cannot be late, even though the delivery guy had promised two different times. So, after trying to give them another shot. It's been yet another disappointment. I understand it's Mother's Day and it was busy, but when I found out someone drove their personal car to drop off the arrangement I was a little disturbed. How was the arrangement kept cold while in someone's car? Isn't it a bit unprofessional to use a personal car with no markings to drive up to a residence? It explained why there was condensation on the chocolates and the "mom" on the pineapple was a bit blurry. Again theses arrangements aren't cheap and I could easily spend my money elsewhere.
