If I could give a 0, I would. Never received my $225 order and can't get in touch with ANYONE. Status says it's still being made and it was ordered and payed for four days ago. read more

Customer service is terrible, both times I've ordered from here they didn't deliver everything that was ordered and won't refund what wasn't delivered. Definitely don't recommend this location!! read more

I live in Rockford, Il. My sister works. In Oklahoma City. She lost her husband in January. I want to make Valentines a little easier on her. So I order from Edible Arrangement for her. It was to be delivered on Tuesday the 13th. At 4:45 on Tuesday it was not delivered. I call the Oklahoma City store. They said it would have to wait until Thursday the 15th. As of of Friday the 16th at 3:20 it still has not been delivered. I have have tried to call them and left a number of messages for 3 days with no response. read more

Tried to place an order at this store location but did not get an answer. I called 3 times throughout the day I received the same result. Drove to the store hours before the store was listed to close but the door was locked. Not sure what's going on with this store location. read more

Made an order to surprise my wife at work for her accomplishments there. Did a 2 day delivery to plan ahead to make sure it would get there.. Sadly she gets a call at 6pm from a very rude delivery driver wondering why she's not there to accept the delivery. Well I chose "Business" address so one would believe you would try and deliver during "business" hours. Now fighting to get a refund... Will never be doing business with this company/branch again. read more

I ordered arrangements to be delivered today and it does not look like we will be receiving it. Horrible service.

I'd give 0 if I could. Ordered a late mother's day gift, was never delivered, tracking said order received by store DAYS after it was supposed to be delivered. Consistently checked tracking and it never changed. I then got busy and forgot about it, eventually checked tracking 2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. STILL hadn't been delivered/contacted/updated. I sent an email asking about it because the website said cancellations only allowed until ~11:59 PM before deliver day or something like that. Soon after the email was sent the tracking info was updated saying it was being prepared. Checked today and I was refunded - waiting for money now & never received an actual email response from the store. Absolutely ridiculous - I understand being backed up during the holiday but this was a very late mother's day gift. DO NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION. read more

Both in person and on the phone I was treated like an interruption to her day by the manager. She certainly could use a refresher course in public relations. However, talked with delivery girl on the phone and she was a delight. They should change jobs! read more

I recently ordered a large basket for my office and was so excited to see it delivered. Everyone seemed to enjoy the treat until someone bit into a plastic clothes tag... I called the store to let them know and was promised a call back but never heard from anyone. read more

I sent in an order for delivery today 9/19/19 I called to see if it had been delivered or even still in transit. I called 12 times back to back with three of those times being hung up on mid ring. After finally getting someone to answer they told me that the fruits were being deprived with all the other delivery's and that the driver started with businesses first. I will update this tomorrow to see if it was even delivered. Disgusting how unprofessional edible arrangements has become. read more

Fruit was so fresh, it was like I had picked it myself!! No bruising or browning. Came cold and wrapped in clear so you could see what you were getting!! I'm very impressed and already have plans to order again!! read more

They are terrible. This is the second order that they did not deliver in a timely matter. The first order they assured me it would get delivered before school was over- nope. 4:30. This time I did not ask for a specific time but it was going to a business with business hours. They delivered it at 5!! Come on. Never again,. read more

Seeing a very low rating for this particular store is in no way surprising given my last two interactions. I ordered a bouquet of fruit for over $100 dollars to be delivered on a Friday. They did not even attempt delivery until 7:30 pm that Friday night in which the person had already left town. The delivery was left on their porch even after I indicated they were out of town. They received it when they got home on Tuesday. When I spoke to the delivery person she indicated they were short staffed and running behind. I asked to have a manager call me to discuss and never heard anything. I called in again several days later and requested a manager to call again. Still haven't heard anything. Not only did I receive poor customer service, spent a ton of money on something no one got to enjoy, but the leadership at the store refuses to address any concerns. ORDER FROM A DIFFERNT EA. THERE ARE TWO OTHERS IN OKC AND I'M SURE THEY HAVE TO BE BETTER THAN THIS. read more

On 7/5/19 I contacted EA in Edmond to order a Fresh Fruit Platter. I voiced my concern regarding their rather poor customer satisfaction ratings. The EA employee assured me that these ratings did not reflect the views of the majority of their customers. With that assurance I placed my order. The order was delivered a short time later that day and the fruit was of a high quality and as advertised. I will no doubt order from this store in the future and will have no concerns about doing so. read more

Do not order from Edible Arrangements in Edmond,Ok. Ordered a $150 bouquet for my mother. It was left on s doorstep and all the fruit was soggy or moldy. Called for a refund and was hung up on. I will try to call again because this is unacceptable. My mother's birthday ruined by rude people. read more

Also would leave 0 stars if it were an option. Still waiting for somebody, anybody - to respond about a non-delivered item for Valentine's Day. Someone else mentioned it here - I should have read the reviews. Meanwhile they still have my money. By the way, don't bother with corporate headquarters either - they are as unhelpful as the store themselves. I've tried numerous times to call but the only way to get anybody at all is on the chat feature at the main website, but they can't do anything (they just relay a message to the store) - it is absolutely awful. Beyond words - and so sorry I tried something different for the husband this year. Read the reviews before you order!!!!! read more

I placed an order on 11/7/19 for delivery today (11/9/19) for my father-in-law's birthday. I had not received a confirmation email, so I called the store at 4:41pm local time to see when the arrangement would be delivered. The person on the phone told me that the driver was just leaving. It's now 7:04pm local time, the store is closed, and the arrangement was not delivered. I tried calling the store and there's no option to leave a message. The store is not open on Sunday, so I will be calling first thing Monday to cancel my order. I've ordered from Edible Arrangements many times and this is by far the worst experience. Stay away from this location. read more

Horrible customer service. Would never recommend using their delivery service. They called to say it would be delivered within an hour and three hours later still nothing. Called to check on the order and was yelled at by the owner and the owner called us liars saying they never called and said it would be delivered again. Will NEVER order from them again. read more

A dear friend of our's lost her mother and we wanted to send her something other than flowers, so we decided to give Edible Arrangements a try. We were very impressed with their exceptional customer service. I especially loved that they don't just leave the arrangement sitting on the doorstep if the recipient isn't home - they put it in a cooler and ask a neighbor to hold onto it until the person comes home. They have a very professional and courteous staff and they delivered it when promised. I'll definitely use them again! read more

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mary at the Edmond store.I could not have expected better Service and knowledge of the products offered! Everyone looking for a fun and interesting gift idea, should visit Edible Arragements, at 3209 S Broadway in Edmond. Thanks Mary! read more

I want to start off by saying that I received a Valentine's Day Edible Arrangement and loved it. It was beautiful and delicious and a special gift. So I ordered one for a friend's birthday from the Edmond store. However, when we went to pick it up, they weren't even open. I checked my confirmation and tried calling the number several times. The weather wasn't great so I understand why they might possibly be closed, but no one ever tried to contact us to let us know that we wouldn't be able to pick up our confirmed order. They had a cell phone number as well as an e-mail address. Then when they opened the next day they didn't even offer to have it delivered or give any discount on the price. I was going to pay to have it delivered and coordinate getting it to my friend who lives our of town, but they couldn't even deliver it before noon. I was told there was no manager at all to talk to, only an owner and they didn't know their name. I cancelled the order and feel like it was a complete waste of time and very poor customer service. If you want a special gift for someone, the Edmond, OK store isn't a place you should count on. read more

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Please do not patronize this business, especially store 552 in Edmond, OK. 1) Customer service is rude. When I called to check my order, they left me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up the phone. I called the local phone number the following day and the number was not in service. 2) They deliver to their preference, which may be days after your scheduled delivery. My order was suppose to be delivered Saturday, but it still wasn't delivered by the following Wednesday. 3) Remember customer service is horrible, so good luck receiving a refund. I order through the 1-800 number, but they told me I had to get a refund from the personal store. I called the local number again three days after my scheduled delivery, and it was "out of service." 4) On the website, you can track orders. They say my order was delivered, which is completely false. Overall bad experience and huge inconvenience. read more

This place used to be really good but they changed owners so now if you don't speak chinese your better off going somewere else. The fruit is rotton, the chocolate is burnt and there are crickets all over the store. I recomend staying away from this place due to the fact that its not worth the 100 dollars for rotton fruit. read more

I have ordered from edible arrangements multiple times..but I have never had a bad experience until now. I ordered 2 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries & he only received 1 box; on top of that the 2 balloons that I got for him 1 was wrong. These stuff isn't cheap. If I didn't ask my fiancé about the stuff, edible arrangements would of pocketed $26.50!! Are you kidding me?! And when I called the lady I spoke didn't know how to process my refund. It's just frustrating. Idk if I'd use this location (Edmond) again... read more

Ruined my Valentine's Day Surprise! I ordered an arrangement 12 days in advance for my wife to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Had not heard from my wife by 3 pm, so I called EA to check on status of order. Was told arrangement was out for delivery and would be there before her company closure at 5:30pm. Not delivered. When I called for a refund the next day, was offered no excuses or apology but that it would be delivered the day after Valentine's Day. Still waiting for a refund. Will NOT count on Edible Arrangements Edmond, OK for an important event again. I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. They offer no customer service. read more

No sweets for my sweetie. I ordered 2 dozen for Valentine's day and despite five calls for help throughout the day, they were never delivered. I even gave them an extra two hours & got my wife to stay late at work, but I was still skipped. They finally gave the excuse of having too much business. With this kind of mismanagement I don't think that will be a problem for long. read more

I ordered an arrangement with a balloon and a teddy bear, so that my husband's coworkers would giggle at him once he received the order... NOPE! He is still waiting on his order and all of his company closes at 3pm on Fridays. Nobody will be able to see his order, so this entire effort was pointless. I am extremely disappointed and my husband is waiting, now an hour and a half, at work all by himself for his order to arrive. I tried calling multiple times to get a status update and kept getting told "it's on the truck". I opted for the patient route and paid for it. The driver had to call my husband to assure him he will get there eventually. So very disappointed with this turnout and my wasted investment. read more

This location gave me the WORST experience EVER. We were sent the arrangement due to the death of a family member. Upon the first phone call for our delivery, we informed the location that we were at a funeral, and would not be available for the delivery that day. The location continued to call 5 additional times to make delivery. Harassing my family during a VERY DIFFICULT time. We told them on call number 4 that it was very inappropriate to continue to call that we could accept delivery the next day, and were told "but we already made it". We gave them the name, address, and phone number of our neighbor, to deliver their already made arrangement. Did they deliver to our suggested neighbor? NO. They delivered to a home DOWN the street. The following day when we were called to ask about the delivery, we shared our displeasure of the delivery experience, and the melted chocolate and spoiled fruit of our arrangement. Their response? "Awesome." Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. "Awesome"ly Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. read more

The sales associate that took my call on June 26th, 2013 was more interested in getting off work then taking my order. I called before 3 pm making the cut off for delivery for that day but was told they couldn't help me and that even though my clock was before three theirs was after so sorry can't help you. I will never use the company ever again. I wasn't able to get a gift delivered even though I made the call in time. In my book you put the customer first. Every time I see their adds of see their stores I will think, sorry my clock says 3:01 so I can't help you. Very disappointing. read more

Extremely disappointing. I will never use this Edible Arrangements again. I ordered online from another state for a dear friend who had just had surgery the day before. On the website it had the information for the store which shows they are open till 5:00pm. Not anywhere on the website does it mention you have to order by a certain time to have it delivered. I ordered it and received my confirmation email at 1:05pm. I received a call 1 1/2 hours later to inform me that they could not deliver today. But could on Monday. It needed to be delivered today. I told "Skylar" that it had to be today and it doesn't say anything about not being able to be delivered today. She just said "sorry" very smugly and didn't seemed concerned at all about my disappointment. I ended up canceling my order all together after not receiving any support or consideration from her. I have used Edible Arrangements before with other locations and they have always been great and eager to help in any way they could. read more
