I live in Rockford, Il. My sister works. In Oklahoma City. She lost her husband in January. I want to make Valentines a little easier on her. So I order from Edible Arrangement for her. It was to be delivered on Tuesday the 13th. At 4:45 on Tuesday it was not delivered. I call the Oklahoma City store. They said it would have to wait until Thursday the 15th. I'd give 0 if I could. Ordered a late mother's day gift, was never delivered, tracking said order received by store DAYS after it was supposed to be delivered. Consistently checked tracking and it never changed. I then got busy and forgot about it, eventually checked tracking 2 weeks after it was supposed to be delivered. STILL hadn't been delivered/contacted/updated. I sent an email asking about it because the website said cancellations only allowed until ~11:59 PM before deliver day or something like that. Soon after the email was sent the tracking info was updated saying it was being prepared. Checked today and I was refunded - waiting for money now & never received an actual email response from the store. Absolutely ridiculous - I understand being backed up during the holiday but this was a very late mother's day gift. DO NOT ORDER AT THIS LOCATION. read more

I sent in an order for delivery today 9/19/19 I called to see if it had been delivered or even still in transit. I called 12 times back to back with three of those times being hung up on mid ring. After finally getting someone to answer they told me that the fruits were being deprived with all the other delivery's and that the driver started with businesses first. Seeing a very low rating for this particular store is in no way surprising given my last two interactions. I ordered a bouquet of fruit for over $100 dollars to be delivered on a Friday. They did not even attempt delivery until 7:30 pm that Friday night in which the person had already left town. The delivery was left on their porch even after I indicated they were out of town. They received it when they got home on Tuesday. When I spoke to the delivery person she indicated they were short staffed and running behind. I asked to have a manager call me to discuss and never heard anything. I called in again several days later and requested a manager to call again. Still haven't heard anything. Not only did I receive poor customer service, spent a ton of money on something no one got to enjoy, but the leadership at the store refuses to address any concerns. ORDER FROM A DIFFERNT EA. On 7/5/19 I contacted EA in Edmond to order a Fresh Fruit Platter. I voiced my concern regarding their rather poor customer satisfaction ratings. The EA employee assured me that these ratings did not reflect the views of the majority of their customers. With that assurance I placed my order. The order was delivered a short time later that day and the fruit was of a high quality and as advertised. I placed an order on 11/7/19 for delivery today (11/9/19) for my father-in-law's birthday. I had not received a confirmation email, so I called the store at 4:41pm local time to see when the arrangement would be delivered. The person on the phone told me that the driver was just leaving. It's now 7:04pm local time, the store is closed, and the arrangement was not delivered. I tried calling the store and there's no option to leave a message. The store is not open on Sunday, so I will be calling first thing Monday to cancel my order. I've ordered from Edible Arrangements many times and this is by far the worst experience. A dear friend of our's lost her mother and we wanted to send her something other than flowers, so we decided to give Edible Arrangements a try. We were very impressed with their exceptional customer service. I especially loved that they don't just leave the arrangement sitting on the doorstep if the recipient isn't home - they put it in a cooler and ask a neighbor to hold onto it until the person comes home. They have a very professional and courteous staff and they delivered it when promised. I'll definitely use them again! read more

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Please do not patronize this business, especially store 552 in Edmond, OK. 1) Customer service is rude. When I called to check my order, they left me on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up the phone. I called the local phone number the following day and the number was not in service. 2) They deliver to their preference, which may be days after your scheduled delivery. My order was suppose to be delivered Saturday, but it still wasn't delivered by the following Wednesday. 3) Remember customer service is horrible, so good luck receiving a refund. I order through the 1-800 number, but they told me I had to get a refund from the personal store. I called the local number again three days after my scheduled delivery, and it was "out of service." 4) On the website, you can track orders. I want to start off by saying that I received a Valentine's Day Edible Arrangement and loved it. It was beautiful and delicious and a special gift. So I ordered one for a friend's birthday from the Edmond store. However, when we went to pick it up, they weren't even open. I checked my confirmation and tried calling the number several times. The weather wasn't great so I understand why they might possibly be closed, but no one ever tried to contact us to let us know that we wouldn't be able to pick up our confirmed order. They had a cell phone number as well as an e-mail address. Then when they opened the next day they didn't even offer to have it delivered or give any discount on the price. I was going to pay to have it delivered and coordinate getting it to my friend who lives our of town, but they couldn't even deliver it before noon. I was told there was no manager at all to talk to, only an owner and they didn't know their name. I cancelled the order and feel like it was a complete waste of time and very poor customer service. If you want a special gift for someone, the Edmond, OK store isn't a place you should count on. read more

When I called for a refund the next day, was offered no excuses or apology but that it would be delivered the day after Valentine's Day. Still waiting for a refund. I ordered 2 boxes of chocolate covered strawberries & he only received 1 box; on top of that the 2 balloons that I got for him 1 was wrong. These stuff isn't cheap. This location gave me the WORST experience EVER. We were sent the arrangement due to the death of a family member. Upon the first phone call for our delivery, we informed the location that we were at a funeral, and would not be available for the delivery that day. The location continued to call 5 additional times to make delivery. Harassing my family during a VERY DIFFICULT time. We told them on call number 4 that it was very inappropriate to continue to call that we could accept delivery the next day, and were told "but we already made it". We gave them the name, address, and phone number of our neighbor, to deliver their already made arrangement. Did they deliver to our suggested neighbor? NO. They delivered to a home DOWN the street. The following day when we were called to ask about the delivery, we shared our displeasure of the delivery experience, and the melted chocolate and spoiled fruit of our arrangement. Their response? The sales associate that took my call on June 26th, 2013 was more interested in getting off work then taking my order. I called before 3 pm making the cut off for delivery for that day but was told they couldn't help me and that even though my clock was before three theirs was after so sorry can't help you. Extremely disappointing. I will never use this Edible Arrangements again. I ordered online from another state for a dear friend who had just had surgery the day before. On the website it had the information for the store which shows they are open till 5:00pm. Not anywhere on the website does it mention you have to order by a certain time to have it delivered. I ordered it and received my confirmation email at 1:05pm. I received a call 1 1/2 hours later to inform me that they could not deliver today. But could on Monday. It needed to be delivered today. I told "Skylar" that it had to be today and it doesn't say anything about not being able to be delivered today. She just said "sorry" very smugly and didn't seemed concerned at all about my disappointment. I ended up canceling my order all together after not receiving any support or consideration from her.
