I have ordered the indulgence platter, which is an excellent gift to send because it includes a wonderful variety of chocolate-dipped and non-chocolate-dipped fruit, including strawberries, pineapple, apples, and grapes. If you walk into this place at 5:20pm- don't expect to get what you came in for. (Even though the sign says that they close at 6pm.) Incredibly frustrating when you suddenly need a fruit platter for first thing the next morning. If it was posted online or on the door that they stop serving at 5pm- I could understand that. But as far as I knew- places serving food continue selling food up until the time that they close. Nope, not this place... smh. read more

Rude and awful customer service. Forgot the Mother's Day balloons with my order and proceeded to argue with me and make excuses as to why they were missing. We got a "bouquet" today, which looked lovely. However, the fruit was under ripe and the chocolate covered strawberries were over ripe, with chocolate that was melted. Neither of these were sufficient to make the fruit unenjoyable, but this is an area where you'd think they'd strive to get it right. With fruit, state of ripeness is critical! read more

I have used this store on 3 separate occasions to order fruit arrangements in excess of $100. I opted to pick up and deliver myself. First time I showed up a few minutes past my pick up time, order not ready. Second time I made the pick up time an hour earlier than I needed it, order not ready. Third time, last week, I put my pick up time for 90 minutes before I would actually be there. I arrive, the young lady has me sign and goes in back. Comes out and says, he's just finishing it up. I stand around for 5 minutes and decide to look in the window to the back. He is just starting to make it. I said to the girl he just started it, she goes in the back comes out and said I must have misunderstood him. I told her it was supposed to be ready 90 minutes ago, she stated I just work here. Seriously? I said you know what, just give me a refund, she said I need to call the manager. She comes back out and says.... we can only give you a store credit because we already started it. Unbelievable. This is the only EA store I have ever had a problem with. Will never go back there! Totally incompetent and undependable. read more
