When I got there, there was still two hours left before the business was going to close and when I called to put in my order. They barely wanted to let me order something when talking on the phone. I was sent a platter of fruit as a gift as a condolence gift in regards to my grandmother's passing. Despite the tag indicating that the delivery was supposed to be deliver on Sunday, it was not delivered until Tuesday at noon. At this point, the fruit delivered was disgusting (discolored and mush). The platter was filled with water at the bottom. I reached out to the store to see if this problem could be remedied. Instead of acknowledging the problem, they denied their fault and continued to stand by their lie of delivering the platter on Sunday. They indicated no remorse or empathy of the situation. I have always loved edible arrangements, but my experience has now marred its reputation in my eyes. I had to call from my cell while inside the store to get service. I waited about 5-10 minutes before having to do that... After I ordered a small to-go box, it took a bit over 30 mins. They have some marketing/ads or something in the store stating that they had things ready to go if you walk in, but in reality only dipped strawberries. Call ahead, or be prepared to wait if you want anything else! (Hint: It's about $3 per piece of dipped fruit) read more

Typically I do not have any issues at other locations. This location somehow was unable to find the delivery location. I ordered the day before to surprise him on our anniversary. I was contacted about 11:00am asking what time would be best to deliver. I said as long as it's before 2pm. His office was 7.2 miles away!! Then she calls back and says the driver was unable to find it... what the heck... there are plenty of signs with the company name, not to mention all the trucks parked around the building. Ruined!!! Awful service!! Ordered online for delivery Wednesday. Waited until 5:10 pm, no delivery (they said they stop at 5). Left office and 15 min later get an email that they tried to deliver at 5:15. Called and said they're closed for the day. Called next day, had to speak w corporate, they said we told them to deliver Friday or Saturday, never happened bc our office closed those days. Most horrible experience. I ordered in May, for my dad's birthday, and his was one of the last. They drove all the way to Irving first, and I had to call multiple times. THEN the driver almost delivered the wrong items. Had I not been on FaceTime with my mom, they would have delivered wrong items. Most recent experience, today. Decided to give them another try and a HUGE FAIL. I ordered for my parents 30th wedding anniversary, and requested for delivery by 2:00. I called at 2:30 and the lady told me it was en route. I call at 5:00 and of course they are closed! Delivery was not made until almost 6:00. This place SHOULD NOT CLOSE until ALL DELIVERIES are made! The experience I had here was worse than any of the franchises I've used. I ordered an arrangement as a just because for my mom and she fell ill at work and ended up leaving. I called the store to cancel as their tracking website informed that the arrangement hadn't been made yet and I planned to re-order somewhere else, the clerk at the store was unable to understand so I had to call another store where the clerk informed me a manager would call back, he called to ask if i'd be willing to give them a new address and I explained my mom lived quite far from her office so I'd need to cancel, he began to then question me and asked why I believed I should get a refund a began to go into why he now has to waste product as my request was unfair to him as a business owner they've already made it (which I had no Idea) and could only offer store credit. After arguing with him for 10 min I told him never mind have the driver deliver it as the only option I had was to have my mom's assistant who was gracious enough stay 1 hour after her shift to wait for them and take it to my mom, when I asked her she said the arrangement was hot when she got it but my mom appreciated the gesture. Just dont try to cancel he will make you pay for it! LOL nice arrangement, it at least looked pretty will never order from here again. Today I received a package and not only was it late it was was not the complete order, they forgot my balloons. I'm so very upset, as I been trying to call them all day for the status of my delivery and they didn't even answer their phone all day. I had to drive out there just to find out that they left to deliver at around 6:00pm. So irritated of my balloons not being delivered I also won't have luck in them answering their phones. This business should definitely be reported to the BBB. Why am I getting horrible service and why is it ok, if you cannot conduct a professional business with good service you should be shut down. 1st order - asked for pickup of chocolate dipped bananas, return at time they said it would be ready, it wasn't, came back 30 minutes later, still not ready, cancelled order, no cost and no item 2nd and 3rd orders - they screwed up the orders each time but at least delivered, in contrast the Fielder Road Arlington location took my order and didn't deliver on 2/15 (note, this is the day AFTER Valentines', so you aren't competing on the holiday for delivery). Could not reach staff at Arlington location due to full mailbox the day after the delivery was supposed to be made. At least the Bedford location has a manager I could reach to send the missing half of the order. So if you live in the mid-cities area, you don't have an Edible Arrangements store in the area capable for delivering what you ask on the date they promise. read more

I ordered a $39 arrangement on Monday the 17th. I wanted it to be delivered same day but the girl on the phone said it was too late. I completely understood. I asked for it to be delivered the next day and they said it would be delivered The following day, Tuesday October 18th between 10-3pm. I called today to ask what the hold up was because it was not delivered yesterday and no reason was given. The girl on the phone just asked if I would be at the address given right now. I told her it was intended for a friend and no one would be home. No other solution was offered so I spoke up and told her I would get it myself. So not only was this arrangement not delivered but I was still charged the full amount. The total amount was $64.37. I bought this same arrangement the same day but from a different Edible Arrangements store and with it delivered was $57.36. I ordered from a different location because my other friend lived farther away from this location.
