Arghhhh. COVID policies lax. Cashier wearing mask below her nose. No enforcement or adherence to…read moresocial distancing in line. This has been my worst retail experience in that regard hands down. Besides that this particular cashier was just lousy. I had to ask if her lane was open because she never looked up as I approached. I think the response was "uh huh" while still not looking at me. She was then slow as molasses if molasses could be that slow. She clearly did not want to be there. This store is convenient and prices good but after experiencing their lack of COVID practices in particular I will forego this store for other options.

Merchandise can be a bit iffy here, you really need to scour the racks to find a decent item at a decent price. I was able to find one of those such items, but it took me nearly a half hour to find it and another fifteen minutes to get access to the fitting room. Some of the items up for grabs here should really not even be looked at. Their furniture section are items that will need to be replaced is just a few months, that should say worlds about the type of product some items area here. Check out takes a bit of time here. It appears the cashiers come and go as they please. I was standing in a line that the cashier just left, making me have to go to another line. If I feel like I want to waste some time, I will stop back here, but with it being off the beaten path, it's not a must destination to visit.

Painted Tree Boutiques is a chain business that has stores across the U.S. This particular store is…read morein The Waterfront shopping center. I shopped here one time. Although some booths were empty, many other booths contained merchandise, and I had lots to browse over a long time. I saw dozens of locally owned shops that sell merchandise such as clothing, accessories, soaps, candles, greeting cards, holiday decorations, throw pillows, quilts, picture frames, lamps, fudges, and much more. Some of the products were locally made, while other products were made in countries such as China, Vietnam, India, and Korea. I chose to buy a magnet from one shop and fudge from another shop. When I approached the checkout counter, two employees were ready to ring up my purchase. Unfortunately, they could not get their computer and printer to print a receipt, and they made me wait several minutes. I never got a receipt, but I do not plan to return the items anyway.

Clean, bright, organized space for vendors. Enjoyable shopping experience. There are hand baskets at the front of the store to collect all your goodies and cashiers at the front for when you are done. Varieties of merchandise include clothing, jewelry, soap, art, fudge, candles. I found myself skipping past the usual things that one can get anywhere but paused at eye-catching displays and, surprisingly, found myself stopping, touching, and admiring plenty of the clothes that were stylish and unique. I like the concept of individual sellers having a sectioned off space.
