I specifically asked one of the employees if that would work for my clippers, he knew I am a barber and he was fixing my clippers(Andis supra ) sold me the blade and went to work the next day and doesn't work. I called Edge pro and they said for me to bring it so they can take a look at it. And then I find out that I need this is special little clip inside of my clippers to make that stupid Blade Works. It would make my job three times harder. So then I ask the manager if I could just return it because it would be useless for me. I try to cut it it would not cut he said because of a little bit of hair inside the package he would not be able to refund the money the manager Has no customer service completely ignore what I was saying it's not my fault that I was told the wrong thing. I never used the blade because it would not work. I tried, and it kept ripping peoples hairs off. $80 after I'm stuck with a blade that doesn't work I'm not gonna bash the the employees because they are amazing. My problem is with the manager. I am telling all my friends that is stylist to find someone else to go for there clippers.

We would talk to sales associates who were clueless and would subsequently sell us the wrong item. A case in point was some pie hinges for our new custom kitchen cabinets. When I finally was so frustrated with the home improvement stores, I walked into the Woodsmith Store and they knew immediately what I needed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and actually seem to be woodworkers, not just clerks wandering aimlessly. You don't even have to buy the block from them. The man who did the cut for both kids was awesome. He showed them after the cut how there are now grooves from the cuts they need to sandpaper off. Both times the person on the phone was polite, friendly and very helpful. Ordering was a breeze- A and E followed up to verify the shipping address and it was on the way! It got here super fast. Delivery was in a crate and the driver was very helpful in getting to the entrance of my garage. Set- up was a snap! Hardest part was taking a part the wood crate it came in. I found the battery was dead and faulty and called customer service - Alexandra. She said I could purchase a new one and they would reimburse me or they could send a new one. I picked the getting one right now and sent the receipt so I could get it up and running. Alexandra is a super star -great at taking care of everything - the customer service was Outstanding. It was the kind service you could want from Alexandra and everyone there - (everyone was super nice and helpful). The mower I purchased had a great price as well!
