I specifically asked one of the employees if that would work for my clippers, he knew I am a barber and he was fixing my clippers(Andis supra ) sold me the blade and went to work the next day and doesn't work. I called Edge pro and they said for me to bring it so they can take a look at it. And then I find out that I need this is special little clip inside of my clippers to make that stupid Blade Works. It would make my job three times harder. So then I ask the manager if I could just return it because it would be useless for me. I try to cut it it would not cut he said because of a little bit of hair inside the package he would not be able to refund the money the manager Has no customer service completely ignore what I was saying it's not my fault that I was told the wrong thing. I never used the blade because it would not work. I tried, and it kept ripping peoples hairs off. $80 after I'm stuck with a blade that doesn't work I'm not gonna bash the the employees because they are amazing. My problem is with the manager. I am telling all my friends that is stylist to find someone else to go for there clippers.

When I walked in to the store to have my straight edge razor sharpened not one worker was wearing a…read moremask. When the lady came to take my order, she did not put on a mask. I am glad that I had my mask on. Whether you believe in masks or not, it is rude to not wear one when working with the public. Not very considerate. When I picked up my razor the same mask thing happened again. I should have also checked the razor. That night when I got ready to shave, I could see it had not been sharpened. Took it back and ran into the same mask problem. They did sharpen it there but there was no sorry or please excuse us. They might be good at working on blades but their customer relationship is horrible. Not going back.

We would talk to sales associates who were clueless and would subsequently sell us the wrong item. A case in point was some pie hinges for our new custom kitchen cabinets. When I finally was so frustrated with the home improvement stores, I walked into the Woodsmith Store and they knew immediately what I needed. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and actually seem to be woodworkers, not just clerks wandering aimlessly.
