I wish I didn't go here today. I've been here for an hour now bc of this mistake The manager apologized, but that was it besides getting it fixed. No refund or promos On a positive note, they have a mech named Ryan who seems attentive and hard working. He was even giving the guy who forgot my skid plate hardware a lecture about it while seemingly doing the topside maintenance / customer service for both bays alone. While working on another truck earlier he was being very meticulous / gentle with the truck. Ryan also went downstairs to put the skid plate back in because he was getting sick of the same guy down there putting it in wrong AGAIN. If a new driver has this happen they may have reacted in a way that would've hurt themselves or others. I've been using Valvoline across the USA exclusively for the last 5 years and never had a bad service, let alone one this bad.

I have several cars, from a 1967 through a 2016, and have had most of them here for various repairs or for tires. They can do newer high-tech cars relying on scanner codes and they can do old cars where all the diagnostics are done with the mechanic's eyes and skills. No matter the car, I have been satisfied EVERY time I've visited. Their tire prices are a little higher than the discount places, but not much. I'm happy to spend a few extra dollars for the knowledge that the installation will be trouble free. Appointment wait time is almost always within a week. They are friendly and communicate well throughout the process. If you don't need something, they won't try to sell it. I am thoroughly satisfied with Qyst and will be returning soon I'm sure! Hopefully not TOO soon;-)

Just in case my calendar doesnt remind me or that I forget that I even had it set up to begin with, I had asked them if they were going to give me a courtesy call or a text reminder the week of my oil change. Fast forward to returning from my vacation and they had sent me a text reminding me and to confirm my appointment for said date and time. I responded to their text and that was it, I was ready. I took my vehicle in. I was promptly seen, given an eta and left my key. I just decided to stay in the waiting area anyway because it wouldnt take that look anyway. I helped myself to their complimentary beverages in their fridge and shortly enough I received an email of all the workups my car needed and that the job is done. Note that this is just an inspection and you are not obligated to get the recommendations done immediately or with them- it is just for peace of mind. In the sheet, it lists what is immediate and a cost estimate to make it convenient for me. Whether you want the work done or not, it is up to you. I promptly paid for the oil change and I got to walk away with estimates for the next job and a completed oil change on my vehicle. Keep up the great job.
