However, if you want a professional, that knows what they are doing, to get it right and not tell you "I don't know anything about these." Well... consider that before calling. Or just request a professional also with your inquiry. This will save you time, money and frustration. They probably have a professional there. We just didn't get that person. This would be fine if we were informed immediately that the company would be sending someone with no knowledge of our requests. That way, we would have went somewhere else straight away. They were difficult to get a hold of from the get go. We finally got someone out here to install a…read morebidet and see what was wrong with our water softener. He was VERY young looking. He looked at our water softener and said, "I don't know anything about these...." I showed him a pin that supposed to be attached to the softener and he said "Yeah I don't know why there'd be a pin in it." So we are paying for a plumber to come out and NOT know about water softeners? So he installed the bidet but it took him just shy of TWO hours. When he finished he said it was leaking (maybe not his fault)- but two hours for a bidet? I installed it myself at our other house in 15 minutes. The only reason we had a plumber do it was because we needed a different T-valve and he didn't get a different T-valve- he just rigged the one we had to make it work (might be why its leaking????). We do need to get a new water softener but will be using someone else to install it as they did not leave us with much confidence in their abilities.

It's tough to find good contractors in the north woods, so I reached out to 5 or 6 different contractors to see if they could put on a new roof for me. This was in November, and it was already winter... so I didn't think the job could get done until spring. Well... I never heard back from anyone... EXCEPT NextGen contractors. In fact... he called me back within an hour!! We discussed what I needed to have done, and Tyler (the owner) told me they just finished a big job, and he could put my new roof on in 2 days!! His quote for the job was very well priced... in fact, much cheaper than I thought it would be. I agreed to the job, and I had a NEW roof 2 days later! AND... they did an amazing job!! Great communication, Great work all around. I HIGHLY recommend NextGen Contractors for any work you would need done. PLUS... they will pretty much go anywhere in the state of Wisconsin!! Great work and Great guys!! PS... I STILL have not heard back from any of the OTHER contractors I contacted... LOL.

We had DeLeers come out to look at a small remodeling project. At the appointment, we discussed…read morebudget and ballpark estimates, and Brian felt confident we'd land roughly in the $20k range. He used phrases like "on the high side" and I can't imagine it being more than that," and made us feel assured that our budgeting was appropriate. Given that, we agreed to a deposit of $250 for him to go ahead with a formal quote, per company policy. When the proposal came back, it was $45K, which is more than double what we had discussed. While I understand that quality work and materials are costly, I don't understand how his verbal estimates were so grossly inaccurate, especially when he said he's been working there for 18 years. While I understand the deposit was intended to cover his time in gathering the estimates, and that he "doesn't work for free," a large part of his job is properly estimating potential costs for potential clients, and he did not do that. We agreed to the $250 deposit based on incredibly inaccurate numbers, and when I requested our deposit back, we were denied (twice.) While I don't think it was his intention to be deceptive, we felt swindled out of $250. I was very disappointed that they weren't willing to refund us.

Communication was prompt and thorough and the job was scheduled to the exact date. All prep and materials were ready on time and the job started as planned.
