A therapist for 40 years, there's not much that Marc hasn't seen. He was familiar with my procedure and knew how to treat me. He stretched, pulled and pushed on the shoulder in all of the typical ways to avoid inflicting pain (where possible), making notes on my current state. At each visit he'd review his notes, take new measurements and then tailor that day's session base on my progression before passing me off to the technicians who would implement his plan. If I need PT again, I'll certainly look up Marc.

The staff rather talk about the their hair, or GPA's rather than pay attention to my work out. I was over worked a couple of time before they disengaged from their conversation and got back to me. The staff didn't listen to my fears never asked my anything about my life or the why just "how does that feel?" Poor bedside manner for a senior citizen just trying to get healthier. I have already reached out to my PCD for a new PT place.

I had to switch to different physical therapist because it did not seem like they had treated any cases like me before. Mike is so good at what he does. He thoroughly explained to me how everyone heal at different rate and I should not be discouraged about that. Some staff is a bit carefree, and I found that I had to push them to pay attention to my progress or even during sessions. They are juggling multiple people at same time, when I was expecting more 1/1 care. Not all, but some. If I had to do this over again, I would choose place with more attentive staff, and much better billing practices. lesson learned!

I worked with her for nearly four months as my knee recovered and I was able to rebuild the strength needed to walk correctly. In short, I could not be happier with Averi and TS&R. Averi was able to articulate what was going on with my knee, my hip and my ankle. She prescribed me some exercises, answered my questions, and physically worked my leg with her hands until everything was in the right place and working properly. Besides her knowledge and experience, Averi was a pleasure to talk to, and was patient and understanding with me throughout the process. She never pressed me to work harder or lose weight. She did make suggestions for walking on crutches effectively and what exercises to do at the gym. I cannot recommend Averi and her team enough for anyone in need to physical therapy.
