We discovered Web Savvy Marketers from a list provided by our web hosting company. Our tired old…read morewebsite from 1997 was long overdue for an upgrade. After interviewing several web designers from the list we selected Web Savvy Marketers. We could not be more pleased. The person deserving all of our praise is Ms. Carolyn Griswold. She worked tirelessly on the campaign and delivered the final product well ahead of schedule. Our website is now running on all cylinders with a mobile friendly site that is helping facilitate brisk sales. The cost was extremely competitive. Carolyn even gave us a generous and unexpected discount upon competition because our savvy in house web-manager, sales manager, RPT (Registered Piano Technician) and accomplished pianist Mr. Paul Yarish assisted in the development. We also signed up for Web Savvy Marketer's yearly maintenance plan at a modest cost. Carolyn was patient, friendly, highly skillful and readily accessible I rarely give out 5-stars in my personal Yelp page. I give Carolyn and this company 5 star without hesitation. Originally on their basic website starting plan of $100 a month, we had to upgrade to their business plan due to the fast growth of my company with their services. Being able to update information on my website on the fly using their simple website editor has been a breeze, and the actual support and advice from Entirtek's owner, Robert Barkow, has been A+. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Zero stars... I signed up for their rental car business accelerator "Rentovation"…read more. They did not deliver on any of what they promised, and what they did deliver on, I didn't get to keep unless I stayed locked into a contract with them.. After investing a lot of money to work with them and wasting so much time, I got nothing from it. They kept it all. They offered to do a lot too, but could not deliver anything valuable from it. It all just looked like a cookie cutter version of what they were doing for anyone they worked with. They made promises and did not keep them, and kept ignoring my messages when I tried to work things out with them. Such a terrible experience. I wish i saw the bad reviews i'm seeing now before i started working with James & mission 4 media. No wonder why they don't have a Google business profile of their own.. even though they are a marketing business... that sets it up for other businesses...... Hint: (they would likely have terrible reviews on it if they had one) Steer Clear. Would not recommend them.

The first month felt as Craig was dragging his feet to get the ads live. Once the ads were live after a month there was no inquiries or noteable progress made I decided I wanted to cancel everything as I could see there being no return on my investment. After canceling ads, it was discovered that out of $1900, zero of that was including ad funds and I was being charged additionally per click. After reaching out to Craig about my frustrations he offered SEO services. For $1900 I would expect SEO services and a lot more than what I was receiving. In the end I received maybe $200 worth of work done and no leads. Fast forward to December, google banned my account for the same deceptive content that Craig had created. I unfortunately lost my high ranking google account with nearly 40 reviews. I reached out to Craig before writing this review with hopes of him making things right for his mistakes and he not only was unhelpful, but was unwilling to take accountability for his mistakes that will cost me a considerable amount in lost reneuve this spring. Craig did give me a partial refund, but at this point I felt as it is not sufficient with the amount of damage Craig caused. All and all I would highly recommend staying away from Craig and his "marketing" tatics.

More often than not and especially in the end (as our spend dwindled), we didn't get the attention we deserved in a timely manner from our account representative Lisa, as being in customer service I appreciate a response in 24 hours or less even if it's just to say you received my email. The best part of their service in my opinion was their reviewing invoices to tell us if they were legitimate or not. Management called me months after they saw my review and I see their point that if you are having issues you need to escalate and tell them you are unhappy, so this review has been modified for what it's worth to their current and future potential clients.
